     Beets have several nutritional properties that should make them good for total body trans-
formation.
Weight Loss
First off, beets are good for weight
loss.
Despite their low-
calorie content, beets contain moderate amounts of protein and fiber. These are both important nutrients for achieving and maintain-
ing a healthy weight.
The fiber in beets may also
help promote weight loss by re- ducing appetite and promoting
feelings of fullness, thereby reducing over- all calorie intake.

Beetroot is the one vegetable that can have an immense impact on your sexual life, especially for men. That is not to say that women won’t benefit from the root vegetable too. It helps boost their libido as well.
Some studies suggest that beetroot works in a similar manner as does drug prescribed for erectile dysfunction. This root vegetable is rich in nitrates, a natu- rally inorganic element present in the air, water, and certain foods. Consumption of beetroot helps one suffering from low li- bido or erectile dysfunction to increase the levels of nitric oxide in the body which boosts sexual health.

Blood nitrate levels remain elevated for about six hours after eating dietary ni- trate. Therefore, beets only have a tempo- rary effect on blood pressure, and regular consumption is required to experience long-term reductions in blood pressure.
