DeMar DeRozan Reportedly Makes
Klay Thompson To Miss Entire Season With Torn Achilles
KLAY THOMPSON
Golden State Warriors star Klay Thompson suffered a lower leg injury on Wednes- day that was feared to be seri- ous, and tests have unfortunately confirmed the worst.
Thompson suffered a torn Achilles and will miss the entire 2020-21 season.
Simply put, the injury luck could not get much worse for Thompson. He had been working his way back from a torn ACL that cost him all of the 2019-20 season, and he will now miss at least two con- secutive years.
Thompson’s torn ACL was to his left knee and the torn Achilles is to his right.

AL HORFORD AND DANNY GREEN
One year after inking him to a four-year, $109M contract, the Philadelphia 76ers are mov- ing on from Al Horford.
The Sixers traded the 34- year-old, along with a "lightly protected" 2025 first-round draft pick and the No. 34 over- all pick in the 2020 NBA draft, to the Oklahoma City Thunder for Danny Green and Ter- rence Ferguson.
Oklahoma City will also re- ceive the rights to Vasilije Micic, who currently plays in Turkey and was drafted No. 54 overall by Philadelphia in 2014.
This will mark the second time this week Green has re- portedly been traded.
The Thunder intended to acquire Green and the No. 28 overall pick in the 2020 NBA draft from the Los Angeles Lak- ers in exchange for Dennis Schroder.

Decision On Spurs Contract
DeMar DeRozan and the San Antonio Spurs missed the 2020 NBA playoffs this year after a 32-39 record. But he’s not letting that setback take him out of Gregg Popovich’s team entirely.
DeRozan has opted into his player option for the 2020- 21 season. Per the report, that player option will pay DeRozan $27.7 million this coming season.
DeRozan has not made the All-Star game in his two years with the Spurs, but is continuing to play very well as

the team’s starting guard and small forward. This past year he averaged 22.1 points, 5.5 re- bounds and 5.6 assists while averaging 34.1 minutes per game.
James Harden Reportedly Wants Out Of Houston Due To Owner's Trump Support
Superstar James Harden and many others in the Houston Rockets' organi- zation all want out of Houston ... and it's all reportedly be- cause the team's owner is a big Donald Trump supporter.
NBA insider Ric Bucher dropped the bombshell revela- tion on "The Odd Couple" pod- cast this week ... saying Tilman Fertitta's ties to the Republican party and Trump have created a massive divide in the org.
According to Bucher... players and staffers have dis- agreed so heavily with Tilman's donations to the Trump campaign -- it's cre- ated a straight-up "revolt."

"What I heard is," Bucher said, "and we know how much politics and political position had to do with the boycott and protests during the Bubble -- I'm hearing that Tilman Fer- titta’s strong Republican sup- port and donations is one of the things that is contributing to this dissatisfaction."
