Husband Charged
Rapper Accused Of Double Murder In North Tampa
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a 23-year-old man and charged him with the double murder that took place last Thursday night. The murders took place at a shed in North Tampa that had been converted into a music studio. Police believe the shooting was linked to a gang-related feud.
According to investiga- tors, deputies responded to a 9-1-1 call in reference to a shooting. They were directed to a shed behind a home in the 15000 block of N. 23rd Street.
When they arrived at the scene, they learned that the shooting had taken place in a shed that had been converted into a music studio.
According to witnesses, several individuals were in- side the shed when the shoot- ing took place. Two men who were struck by gunfire died at

the scene as a result of their injuries.
Detectives learned that on the night of the shooting, in- formation gathered identified Billy Bennett Adams, III, as the gunman. Adams, who is a well-known local rapper, goes by the name of Ace NH.
Witnesses told police that Adams arrived at the studio that evening with both vic- tims, who wee also known to him.
After recording his music, Adams is accused of shoot- ing both victims before flee- ing the scene. Adams was located Saturday and taken into custody. He was charged with two counts of first-de- gree murder and armed bur- glary of a structure.
Police said Adams and one of the victims identified themselves on social media as members of the “Crips” gang.
Sheriff Chad Chronis- ter said, “This was a violent execution this suspect per- formed, and although the at- tack was clearly targeted, we will not allow gang-related disputes to disrupt the com- fort and safety of innocent residents in any of our com- munities.
“It is clear that the suspect had no regard for human life and now he will face the con- sequences for his actions.”

... Charged with killing wife
The body of Mrs. Dink- ins was discovered Sunday af- ternoon when police went to the home at 1707 Azalea Court, in Odessa, to conduct a wellness check. They discov- ered the body of the 47-year- old woman inside.
Her vehicle was missing from the home, but has since been recovered.
Detectives had initially considered Dinkins as a per- son of interest in the case.
He was charged with sec- ond-degree murder. The in- vestigation is continuing.
In Stabbing Death
Of Odessa Woman
An Odessa man who police said was a person of interest in a murder case has been lo- cated. He was charged as the person who committed the murder.
According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, detec- tives said by using various in- vestigative techniques, they determined that Robby Dinkins had allegedly stabbed his wife, Lynn Dink- ins, to death. Dinkins was arrested at a WaWa Gas Sta- tion at Belcher Road and Gulf To Bay Blvd., shortly after 10 a.m., Monday.
During an interview with detectives at the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, Dink- ins, 52, allegedly admitted that he had stabbed his wife. He told police that they had become engaged in an argu- ment over alleged infidelity. Dinkins told police the argu- ment became physical and he stabbed his wife several times. He then fled the scene.

A warrant has been issued for a man linked to a shooting. The incident took place on No- vember 17 in the 13000 block of N. 21st.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, 21-year-old Israel Mon- tanez was identified as the suspect in the shooting. A war- rant has been issued for his ar- rest. Detectives are asking for the assistance of the public to help locate the shooting sus- pect.
At approximately 4 p.m. last Tuesday, a male victim was engaged in a verbal argu- ment with Israel Montanez, 21, when Montanez allegedly fired a handgun at him.
The victim was struck in the upper and lower body. He was transported to Tampa General Hospital for his in- juries. Through investigative means, detectives identified Montanez as the shooter. He will be charged with at- tempted second-degree mur- der upon his arrest.
Tampa Police are cur- rently investigating a shoot- ing that took place early last Thursday. It took place at Ne- braska Avenue and N. 24th Street.
According to police, the victim is identified as a 33- year-old Black man. When of- ficers arrived at the scene, they discovered the victim was suffering from a gunshot wound.
He was transported to Tampa General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. He was listed in critical, but stable, condition.
The investigation is con- tinuing and no arrest has been made.

Montanez is described as a white Hispanic male, ap- proximately 5’2” with a thin build. He has long dreadlocks, typically pulled back, a thin mustache, and tattoos includ- ing Bart Simpson and a uni- corn head on his left shoulder.
Sheriff Chad Chronis- ter said, “While the shooting appeared to be targeted, not random, this suspect should be considered armed and dan- gerous.
“We are asking anyone who comes in contact with him to immediately call the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office at 813-247-8200.”
