RAY WILLIAMS
MR. MARK BLOCKER
Mr. Mark Blocker of Tampa passed away Wednesday, March 11, 2020. Funeral serv- ices will be conducted Satur- day, March 21 at 11 a. m. at 29th Street Church of Christ, 3310 N. 29th Street, Tampa, FL 33605, with Brother Perry Johnson, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Mark Blocker was a na- tive of Tampa, Florida, born to Gwendolyn Blocker. He was a lifelong resident and was edu- cated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was employed with the City of Tampa, Solid Waste Depart- ment. Mark was a member of the 29th Street Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by: his uncle, Darnell Blocker; aunts, Betty Blocker, Dorothy Blocker, and Delores Nadd; and niece, Lakeah Mona Dixon.
He leaves to cherish his memories: a loving mother, Gwendolyn Blocker; a caring mother-in-law, Evelyn Juanita McCloud; a loving and devoted wife, Joy Blocker; his loving daughters, Rosalind Hicks, Si- mone McCloud, Mia Blocker, and Jaude Cuszens; his loving sons, Marcus Hicks, Matthews Hicks, and Ian Coleman; his siblings, Reginald Blocker, Gregory Blocker (Margie), Kevin Palmer, and Carol Palmer; his grandchildren, Ke- viyanna Ross, Alisha Ross, Ke’vin Ross, Savannah Trout- man, Xiya Troutman, Zoei Troutman, Karahn Troutman, Marcus Hicks, Marvin Hicks, Paris Grant, Xavier Hicks, Khyliegh Hicks, Malaysia Hicks, Matthew Hicks, Jr., and Lauriel Sky Frederick; loving aunts, Cynthia Bryant and Clydell Marshall; a host of lov- ing nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers and sisters-in-law and caring family friends, Rhonda Hollis, Fannie Hicks and Pearl Short.
The visitation will be held on Friday, March 20, from 3 p. m. to 7 p. m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33606. Visitation hours have been ex- tended and we are asking fam- ily and friends to pay their respects and to follow the CDC guidelines limiting gatherings of no more than 50 people.

MR. HENRY JAMES CLARK, JR.
Mr. Henry James Clark, Jr. of Brandon, FL departed this earthly life on Saturday, March 14, 2020, in Tampa FL. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a. m., Saturday, March 21, at Springhill Missionary Baptist Church, 8119 E. Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd., Tampa, FL 33619. Interment will be held at Florida National Cemetery, 6502 S. W. 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, FL 33513, with Military Honors on Monday, March 23 at 10:30 a. m.
Henry was born in Okinawa, Japan to Diane Holliday and Henry James Clark, Sr. Henry was a military child who lived in Japan, Germany, Michigan, Hawaii, Kentucky, Tennessee, and finally in Florida. He fol- lowed his parent’s path and served two years in the U. S. Army as a Logistics Specialist. He also served in Operation Iraqi Free- dom and in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom.
He attended Bloomingdale Sr. High School and graduated from Riverview High School. Henry furthered his education and at- tended Bethune- Cookman Col- lege and he also took online courses to obtain a Bachelor’s de- gree.
Henry continued his public service profession after leaving the U. S. Army, working at Fort McPherson, Georgia as a Supply Specialist. His final public ser- vant position was with the Social Security Administration as a Cus- tomer Service Representative.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Henry James Clark, Sr.; his maternal grandfather, Walter Holliday; and his adopted grandmother, Gloria Holliday.
Henry leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Diane Holl- iday; his daughter, Yaminah Clark; his grandmothers, Fannie L. Clark and Mary L. Holliday; brothers, Joshua Clark and Robert Ferdinand; sisters, Henika Clark, Nashonda Reyes, and Shacara Butts; aunts, Joyce White, Deborah Cunningham, Lois Shelly (Connie), Eva Taplin (Karen), Twila Darden (Kenneth) and Dondeya Clark; uncles, Joe Wills, Melvin Holliday, Raymond, Joseph and Jeffery Clark; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many caring friends.

MS. LILLIE RUTH WESTER
Ms. Lillie Ruth Wester of Tampa passed away Thursday, March 12, 2020. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, March21at2p.m.atRay Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Minister Curtis Ponder, officiating.
Ms. Lillie Ruth Wester was a native of Havana, Florida, and was educated in the public schools of Gadsden County. She was a resident of Tampa for 55 years and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Wit- nesses. Ms. Wester retired from Singleton Seafood Company after many years of dedicated service.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, mother, Zeretha Fairchild; father, Sampson Wester; brothers, Clyde Griffith and Cemolia Wester; and sister, Laura Naomi Whitfield.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving children, sons, Lynn Green, and Roderick Green; granddaughter, Ashley Nichole Green; great-grandson, Fernando Alex Mercado; nephews, Glen Wester and wife, Cheryle, Reginald Wester, and Lindsey Jackson and wife, Bok Sun; and a host of caring great nieces and nephews, other sor- rowing relatives and friends.

MR. HUBERT DAVIS
Mr. Hubert Davis of Tampa passed Sunday, March 8, 2020. Funeral Services will be con- ducted Saturday, March 21 at 11 a. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Elder Joseph Reed, Pastor of Kings Boulevard Baptist Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Hubert Davis was a native of Mount Vernon, Georgia and a resident of Tampa for many years. He was educated in the Montgomery County Public Schools and after graduation he enlisted into the United States Army. Mr. Davis was employed as a Foreman with Industrial Chemical Company for many years prior to retirement.
He was preceded in death by: his loving parents, Clemon Davis and Josephine Farmer Davis; his loving and devoted wife of 34 years, Elizabeth Stephens Davis; daughters, Joann Davis and Denise Clark; sons, Hubert Davis, Jr. and Willie Stephens; and sib- ling, Lillar (Bernice) Carter.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: children, Teresa Davis Payne, Cheryl (Ulysses) Branch, Melvin (Bethany) Stephens, Al- fonzo (Carol) Clinch, Samuel Clinch, Emeril (Rebecca) Stephens, all of Brunswick, GA, and Andre (Teresa) Clark and Yancy Clark, both of Tampa, FL; stepchildren, Marvin Clark, Diane Clark and Jeffery Clark, all of Brunswick, GA; twenty-two grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; twenty great- great grandchildren; siblings, Clemon Davis, Jr., William (Rose) Davis, John Davis, Joann (Houston) Lett, and Gwendolyn (Clifford) Daniels; a host of in- laws; dedicated god-sister, Clau- dia (Frank) Gainer; goddaughter, Waytonia Washington, both of Tampa, FL; a host of nieces, nephews, other sorrowing rela- tives and friends.

MRS. ZADIE GILMORE
Mrs. Zadie Gilmore of Tampa, passed away March 10, 2020. Memorial Service will be conducted Friday, March 20, 2020 at 11 a. m. at Wilson Fu- neral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, FL, with Senior Pastor Dwight Newkirk, Presid- ing.
Sister Zadie Mae Gilmore was born, February 26, 1932, in Anderson, South Carolina to Mr. and Mrs. Charlie and Lucy Williams. She was educated in the public schools of Anderson, SC. She continued her educa- tion at the National School of Dress Design, where she gradu- ated in 1958.
She was a member of St. John M. B. Church which was renamed St. John Cathedral, where she served under the leadership of the late Bishop Eddie Newkirk. While an active member, she served as a Dea- coness, sang in the choir, and taught Sunday School. She dili- gently worked for years caring for many families. In her leisure time she enjoyed sewing and reading. Sister Gilmore loved to watch and support Christian television.
In the early 1960s, she mar- ried Deacon Forrest Gilmore.
Sister Gilmore was pre- ceded in death by: her father, Charlie Williams; mother, Lucy
Williams Coleman; stepfa- ther, Lawrence Coleman; her sisters, Frankie Williams, Annie Newitt, Thelma Williams; her only son, Phillip I. Jarrett; and grandson, Mau- rice Garrett.
She leaves to cherish her memories with: grandchildren, Anthony Jarrett, Adrienne Ross (Jamison) and their mother, Carol Cooper Jarrett; great grandchildren, Seantinae Pear- son, Brandon Jarrett, Jazz Ross; great grandchild, Alyssa Riley; nieces and nephews and daughter-in-law, Karen Jarrett.
Friends are asked to assem- ble at Wilson Funeral Home at 10:45 a. m. for the service.
