MR. VICTOR CHAVIS BRANTLEY KELLY
A Homegoing Memorial Service for Mr. Victor Chavis Brantley Kelly, who passed away October 12, 2021, will be held 2 p.m., Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Idlewild at the Springs, 8209 N. 19th St., Tampa, Florida 33604.
Vick was born and raised by his parents in Tampa/St. Peters- burg, Florida, and attended school in Hillsborough and Pinellas Counties. He graduated from Northeast High School and played baseball for Belmont Heights Little League. He loved music, electronics and to draw. He was a very unique person that had love for his family and all others he met along the way. His achievements were many and to know him was to love him.
He is preceded in death by: his grandfathers, Bartez Kelly and J. C. Brantley, Sr.; aunts, Thomasina Holliday Williams, Bonnie Brantley, Betty Holliday and Annette Brantley; cousins, Justin Williams, Joseph King, Mario Rejouir, Tangela Bailey, and Bennie Williams, Jr.

MR. ARTHUR LEE COOPER, III
Mr. Arthur Lee Cooper, III, of Jonesboro, GA, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021. Fu- neral Services will be held on Sat- urday, October 23, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at St. John Cathedral, 3401 E. 25th Avenue, Tampa, FL 33605 with Pastor Tony A. Parker, Sr., officiating. MASKS ARE RE- QUIRED. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Cooper was a native and resident of Tampa for 40+ years. He attended the Hillsborough County Public Schools.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Arthur Lee Cooper, Jr., Bernice Williams Thomas and Andrew Thomas; grandpar- ents, Clarese Brannon and hus- band, Willie, Bernard Williams and Mercedes Johnson, and lov- ing wife, Schenquia Hogans- Cooper.

MS. CONNIE FAYE HUDGINS-WILLIAMS
A Celebration of Life Service for Ms. Connie Faye Hudgins- Williams, who transitioned from this life to the dimension beyond on October 8, 2021, will be held 11 a.m., with a viewing starting at 10 a.m., Saturday, October 23, 2021, at First Union Missionary Baptist Church, 3707 E. Chelsea St., Rev. B. E. Garmon, Sr., officiating. In- terment will follow in Orange Hill Cemetery, 4900 E. Chelsea St., 33610.
Connie was born August 19, 1957, in Anniston, Alabama, to the late Richard A. Hudgins and Yvonne (Askew) Hudgins. She at- tended and graduated from the School District of Hillsborough County. She was an active member of First Union Missionary Baptist Church since 1989. She loved the Lord, and she loved her family.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Richard A. Hudgins; grandparents, William B. Hud- gins, Sr., Willie M. Hudgins, James W. Askew, Sr., and Ola M. Askew; aunts, Doris Alexander and Cynthia Kirksey; uncles, John Hudgins, Thomas Hudgins, Clarence V. Hudgins, Sr., James Askew, Jr., Wallace Askew, Terry Askew, Tyrone Askew, Llamart Askew; and nephew, Juan L. E. Baldwin-Hudgins.

MR. JOSEPH E. FINCH
A Homegoing and Celebra- tion of Life Service for Mr. Joseph E. Finch, of Sun City, Florida, who transitioned on Monday, October 4, 2021, will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021, 2:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Ave., Tampa, FL 33606 with Deacon Elliott G. Saunders, Sr., officiating. MASKS ARE RE- QUIRED.
Mr. Joseph E. Finch was born in Tampa, Florida on Feb- ruary 19, 1940. He resided in Michigan from 1966 to 1982, be- fore returning to Tampa, where he resided until God called him home.
Mr. Finch attended Hillsbor- ough County Public Schools and was a graduate of Middleton High School, Class of 1959, and received an AA Degree from Michigan State University.
Mr. Finch was a retiree of 20 years with TECO Energy. He was also an honorary member of 16 years with Advocates for Safer Communities, Inc. and a mem- ber of Crime Survivors for Safety and Justice Tampa Bay Chapter for three years.
Mr. Finch was extremely competitive in sports and an avid
