The Tampa-Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA) is hosting an Industry Forum to discuss upcoming projects within THEA’s work program and updated schedules. The discussion will focus on upcoming PD&E studies to evaluate the needs, costs and effects of constructing improvements which will increase traffic capacity on the South Selmon Expressway and on Nebraska Avenue and Twiggs Street, as well as upcoming Miscellaneous Planning and Design support services.
