     South Tampa Man Found Dead In Home
Late Tuesday evening, police officers responded to a home in reference to a deceased person. The discovery was made in the 4300 block of W. Oklahoma Av- enue.
A neighbor had gone to the residence to check on his welfare after not seeing him since the weekend. The neighbor found the man deceased in his home.
After receiving the 9-1-1 call shortly before 7 p.m., officers ar- rived at the residence and dis- covered the victim dead.
He had suffered trauma to his body. Police have not re- leased his name, but said the case is being investigated as a homicide.
The murder does not appear to be random, but police have not identified a suspect or made an arrest. The investigation is con- tinuing.

Man Jailed For Breaking Into Homes Using Remotes
Woman Charged With DUI In Hit And Run Accident
   A 34-year-old woman was ar- rested Tuesday night and charged with hit and run. The accident took place on Davis Is- land shortly before 9 p.m.
According to Tampa Police, the victim was walking east- bound across E. Davis Blvd., when he was struck by a vehicle. The driver of the vehicle drove around the victim and continued on E. Davis Blvd.
The adult male victim was transported to Tampa General Hospital with non-life threaten- ing injuries.
A witness to the accident obtained a license plate number and followed the vehicle until in was stopped at Nebraska Avenue and N. 17th Street by police.

was identified as Ms. Danielle Swanson, of Tampa. She was arrested and charged with driv- ing under the influence with se- rious bodily injury, leaving the scene of an accident with serious bodily injury, and DUI.
     Two Men Wanted For Breaking Into Cars
 The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is searching for two men in connection with sev- eral burglaries. The offenses took place on April 20th, just before 4 a.m.
According to police, the two men entered several vehicles in the area of Littlewood Court and Woodway Drive. While in the ve- hicles one of the suspects took change.
Both men are described as Black. One is 6’0 tall with a mus- cular build and possibly a goatee. The second is 5’9” to 6’ with a thin build.

     Two Wanted For Theft Of Gift Cards Worth More Than $1,000
 Detectives are searching for two men in connection with the theft of gift cards. The theft took place on April 18th.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, just before 10 p.m., two men walked into the Walgreens Pharmacy, 705 North Pebble Beach Blvd., in Sun City Center. One of the men distracted the clerk while the other grabbed Foot Locker and Vanilla Visa Gift Cards.
The suspect pressed the “cash” button on the register in- dicating the transaction was valid. The two then walked out of the store with more than $700 in ready-to-use gift cards.
Earlier in the day, the same suspects had committed the same act at two other Walgreens,
13911 Nine Eagles Drive, in Tampa, and 8706 West Hillsbor- ough Avenue. Each time, they fled with gift cards worth $250 and $500, respectively.
They are also suspected of committing the same crime in Pinellas County, police said.
The first suspect is de- scribed as a Black man, approxi- mately 6’2” and weighing between 160 and 180 pounds with a thin build.
The second suspect is also a Black man about 5’10” to 6’ tall. He has a large build and weighs between 235 and 250 pounds.

 QUENTIN HARGROVE
 A 21-year-old man has been arrested and charged with four counts of burglary. He is al- leged to have broken into two homes and several cars.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, on April 19th, around 7 p.m., deputies responded to the 4000 block of Pennsbury Drive. When they arrived, they alleged that Quentin Har- grove had gone through un- locked cars, finding the garage door opener and entered the occupied homes with the re- mote.
Hargrove was arrested and charged with four counts of burglary of an occupied dwelling, six counts of bur- glary of an unoccupied con- veyance, and several other charges. He is also a suspect in several similar crimes in the City of Tampa, police said.
