Local
Thornton’s Offers New Signature Breakfast Menu
BY IRIS B. HOLTON Sentinel City Editor
We live in a fast-moving world in which every minute is des- ignated. Oftentimes, rather than prepare breakfast at home, many people stop in neighborhood convenience stores.
And one of those local businesses is rising to the occasion to meet the needs of its customers. In March, Thornton’s, 2356 W. Hillsborough Avenue, rolled out a new breakfast menu.
The location is now offering new items such as their signa- ture sausage, egg, and cheese burritos, and other items for those on the go. The new items are prepared at the stores in real kitchens. The cooks want to offer a delicious item made with high-quality ingredients. The meals can be accompanied by hot, cold, or frozen drinks as well.
The new menus are being offered at designated locations that offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner for its customers.
Based in Louisville, Kentucky, Thornton’s currently operates 191 stores that provide fresh food, beverages and fuel in six states. (Photography by BRUNSON).
