Tiger Woods is back!
He tied for 2nd place in a valiant run Sunday at Valspar Championship at Innisbrook Resort’s Copperhead Course in Palm Harbor.
Woods, searching for his first PGA Tour win since 2013, started the day a shot back and birdied his opening hole. He then couldn’t get anything to fall for 15 holes before sinking a 43-footer for birdie at the par-3 17th to pull within a shot.
However, he made par on his last hole, missing a 38- footer for birdie on the par-4 18th, to shoot 70 and finish tied for second at 9 under.

Originally hosted by the United Negro College Fund (UNCF), the All-Star Basket- ball Classic game was under the direction of the late Dr. Sam Horton, with the as- sistance of John Glenn.
Bryant and Glenn have secured some sponsors and donations, but there’s still time to support the event. For additional information, contact Bryant at (813) 368-9640, or Glenn at (813) 787-9484.
The Young Lions Youth Organization, Inc. is a 501(c3) non-profit organiza- tion established in 1997. Bryant said the organiza- tion was founded to help prevent juvenile delinquency with inner city youth.
“We do quite a few events with the youth,” Bryant said. For 16 years we have held youth camps at the Uni- versity of Tampa where the kids who attend do not have to pay; and we go on college tours. This year, we are going to Florida State and FAMU in Tallahassee,” he said.
“The sole purpose of the Young Lions Youth Organi- zation is to be a help to dis- advantaged youth in hopes of making a difference in their lives now and in the fu- ture,” Bryant concluded.

NFL Prospect Says He Was Asked If He Was Gay; His Mom Was A Prostitute
The NFL continues to take on negative press, and it appears that they’re not doing too much to change the trajectory.
The NFL Combine, the scouting event for NFL prospects, are in some heat now. LSU running back, Derris Guice sat down on SiriusXM’s “Late Hits” Wednesday night and de- tailed his experience.
That of which included several NFL teams asking him if he’s gay, and another even questioning if his mother sells her body. “Some people are really trying to get in your head and test your reaction ... I go in one room,

A report conducted by Pro Football Talk confirmed that Guice was, in fact, asked about his sexual pre- ference. They did not divulge which teams asked the play- ers, but it is known to be a common practice at the scouting event.”
“The fact that Derrius Guice was asked by an NFL team — and a prospective employer — about his sexual orientation is absurd and in- appropriate,” said Ashland Johnson of the Human Rights Campaign on Thurs- day.
