Police Need Help To Solve East Tampa Murder
Detectives with the Tampa Po- lice Department are currently in- vestigating a murder that took place Tuesday night. It occurred in East Tampa shortly before 9:30 p.m.
According to police, officers re- sponded to the 4000 block of East Osborne Avenue in reference to shots being fired. Officers located 42-year-old Eddie John Ses- sion, of Tampa in front of 4020 E. Osborne Avenue, suffering from gunshot wounds. He died at the scene.
A native of Tampa, Session moved to Springfield Gardens, NY, with his family. He returned to Tampa more than 20 years ago. He was the son of Ms. Rosemary Dixon and Eddie Session, Sr. Ms. Dixon said her son was an entrepreneur who worked with the City of Tampa and Florida Depart- ment of Transportation. He worked in the real estate industry, and was employed at C. P. Dan- ner’s Car Lot, where he was part owner.
Session was married to Mrs. Michelle Session, the father of 5 sons, and had 5 grandchildren. He

was also the son-in-law of Ms. Di- anne Hart.
Ms. Dixon further said her son enjoyed riding motorcycles, but his passion was spending time with his family.

Fight In Palm River Ends With Mass Stabbings; 1 Dead, 4 Injured
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a stabbing that left one man dead and four others injured. The incident was reported to police via a 9- 1-1 call shortly after 3 a.m., Wednesday.
The stabbing took place at 1322 Windsor Way, in the Palm River area of town. When deputies arrived at the scene, they discovered the four men, two of them juveniles had been stabbed. A fifth victim was located at an area hospital.
The man who received the fatal injuries was identified as Johnny Morris, 23, of 1324 Windsor Way.

Two juveniles sharing Morris’ address were also injured. They were identified as twins Mar- vin Morris and Jarvin Morris, both 17 years of age. Their injuries are not considered life-threaten- ing.
The other two individ-
uals who were injured gave a home address of 1322 Windsor Way, where the stabbing took place. They have been identified as Steven Tol- bert, 20, and 23-year-old Ronnie Ponder. They are also expected to re- cover from their injuries, police said.
A spokesperson for the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said it ap- pears the stabbing to be a continuation of an ongo- ing neighborhood dis- pute.
