  Teenager Arrested In Fatal Parking Lot Shooting
   Police Continue Search For Missing Endangered Man
  Detectives arrested an 18- year-old Tampa man wanted in connection with a murder Wednesday morning. He is currently being held at the Hillsborough County Jail with- out bond.
Be’Quandre Jackson was charged with murder in the first degree, robbery, and ag- gravated assault with a deadly weapon. The murder took place on April 7, 2019, in the parking lot of the Home Depot, 1524 E. Brandon Boulevard.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the Home Depot, around 9 p.m., that Sunday night. When they arrived, they discovered a woman had suffered a single gunshot wound. She was trans- ported to Tampa General Hos- pital, where she was admitted. She died around 7 p.m., the next day.

Ms. Munns was the daugh- ter of Lloyd Sheffield and Ms. Trina Munns. She was a Tampa native and attended the public schools of Hillsborough County. Ms. Munns gradu-

Ms. Munns was a student at Hillsborough Community College and was employed as a cashier at the Race Track Con- venience Store. She attended St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is trying to lo- cate a man who was reported missing last week. Detectives are asking for the public’s as- sistance in locating him.
According to police, 44- year-old Francis Joseph was last seen last Wednesday around 6:30 a.m. He report- edly left the Shady Oaks As- sisted Living Facility, 2208 E. 138th Avenue, and has not been seen or heard from since.
Joseph is described as being 5’9” and weighs 150 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a green and blue dress shirt, blue jeans, and black tennis shoes.
Detectives said Joseph suffers from mental issues and has talked about walking to Miami.
