MS. SHIRLEY DIANE DANIELS
Ms. Shirley Diane Daniels of Tampa, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, May 18th, at 2 p. m., at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Reverend Jacqueline Berrien, officiating. Interment will follow in Garden of Peace Cemetery, Plant City, FL.
Ms. Daniels was a native and lifelong resident of Hillsborough County. She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, mother, Mrs. Charlie Mae McGill and father, Theren Daniels; stepfather, Jerome McGill; sisters, Norma Jean Goods, Judy Royal and Marie Daniels; nephews, Regi- nald Good, Phillip Daniels and LeAndra Johnson.
She leaves to cherish her memory: two sons, Antwonn Daniels and Jaurice Daniels; sis- ters, Arletha Franklin and Debra Munn (Herman); brother, Theren Daniels (Marilyn); five grandchildren, Chiquita Daniels, Antwonn Daniels, Jr., Jaurice Daniels, Jr., Jauqkice Daniels, and Mondrea Daniels; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and sor- rowing friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, May 17th, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.

Mr. Arthur Lee Dunn of Tampa, passed away Wednes- day, May 8, 2019. Funeral serv- ices will be conducted Saturday, May 18th, at 9 a. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Pastor Dr. Odell Joiner, offici- ating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Arthur Lee Dunn was a native of Sandersville, Georgia and a resident of Tampa for over 50 years. He retired after over 30 years of dedicated serv- ice as a Truck Driver for Not- tingham Company, in Plant City, Florida.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Clarence Dunn and Julie Mays Dunn; 6 sisters, Essie Mae Dunn, Louvenia Jef- ferson, Annie Ola Jordan, Julia Pearl Paris, Margaret Lue Dunn and Catherine Parker; one brother, Richard Swint; and son, John Felder.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving and de- voted wife of 30 years, Ella Mae Dunn; children, Daphiney K. Dunn, Darlene Dunn, Rick Dunn, and Timothy Felder; a host of grandchildren; two sis- ters, Rosa Bethea of Waycross, GA and Lorine Bonner of Macon, GA; six brothers, Willie James Dunn of Sandersville, GA, Clarence Dunn and wife, Mary of Miami, FL; Charles Lee Dunn and wife, Doris of Macon, GA, Walter B. Dunn and wife, Ernestine of Tampa, FL, Tommy Dunn and wife, Rose Eva of Harrison, GA and William Dunn of Gainesville, GA; two sisters-in-law, Katie Blasher of Tampa, and Johnnie Joiner and husband, Adel of GA; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other sorrowing rela- tives, co-workers and dear friends.

SISTER THELMA ELIZABETH PIERCE PILCHER
Sister Thelma Elizabeth Pierce Pilcher of Tampa, passed away Sunday, May 5, 2019. Fu- neral services will be conducted Saturday, May 18th, at 2 p. m. at Mount Zion A. M. E. Church, 5920 Robert Tolle Dr., Riverview, FL, with Reverend Conrad Jenkins, officiating. In- terment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Sister Thelma Pilcher was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida. She was edu- cated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a longtime member of Mt. Zion AME Church. Mrs. Pilcher re- tired after 30 years of dedicated service from Chavez Catering.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Pierce, Sr. and Eliza- beth Matthews Pierce; sisters, Mozelle Finch, Mary Amaro, Mattie Brown and Martha Golf; sons, Michael Paul, Wesley Kennedy, Sr. and Reynaldo Mc- Quay.
She leaves to cherish her memory: a devoted daughter, Deborah Jackson-Pittman (John); sons, Fred Pilcher, Howard Pilcher, Sr., Willie Mc- Quay (Diane), Jerome Evans, Kevin McQuay (Cynthia) and Gerry F. MS. WILLIE DEWANNA KNIGHT
Ms. Willie Dewanna “Wanda” Simpson Knight of Tampa, passed away Wednes- day, May 8, 2019. Funeral serv- ices will be conducted Saturday, May 18, at 1 p. m. at First Baptist Church of College Hill, 3838 N. 29th Street, Dr. S. Evan Burrows, Senior Pastor, with Reverend Christopher Jarnegan, officiat- ing. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Knight was a native of Valdosta, GA and a lifelong resi- dent of Tampa, FL. She was edu- cated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and at- tended Howard W. Blake High School. After graduation she be- came a member of the Alumni. Wanda enjoyed attending com- munity events such as the MLK Parade, where she faithfully walked. She was also a member of First Baptist Church of Col- lege Hill, where she served in many capacities to include the Women’s Ministry.
Wanda will be remembered for her love, her passion for modeling and cosmetology, soft- ball, and helping and giving to others.
Wanda is now reunited with: her father, Willie; mother, Emma Lee Simpson and brother, Reed Simpson.

MR. TAYLOR CARL TIMMONS, SR.
Mr. Taylor Carl Timmons, Sr., of Tampa passed away Sun- day, May 12, 2019. A Memorial Service will be conducted Sat- urday, May 18th, at 11 a. m. at Mount Tabor Missionary Bap- tist Church, 2606 W. Grace Street.
Mr. Timmons was a native of Jacksonville, Florida and a resident of Tampa for 31 years. He was a graduate of Ft. Myers Senior High School and fur- thered his education with the University of Miami. He began his love for football as an All- Star football player with the Pee Wee Little League and later was drafted by the Dallas Cow- boys. Mr. Timmons was a mem- ber of St. John Progressive Missionary Baptist Church. He also enjoyed his second career as a Truck Driver and Con- struction Worker, where he worked in the Tampa, and Ft. Myers, FL areas. Mr. Timmons loved cigars and fishing.
He will always be remem- bered as “TC, Gu-gu Pop Rock, Big Bruh, Taylor, Pee Paw” and as “Coach” from his Tampa Catholic School. His legacy of love and laughter will forever be engraved in the hearts of his family and friends.
He was preceded to Heaven by his loving parents, Barney Timmons and Margaret S. Led- better.
