AIKENS
PRINCESS ZI’ELL CHENISE CHIMENE CARROLLS
A Homegoing Celebration for Princess Zi’Ell Chenise Chimene Carrolls, of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021, will be held on Thursday, July 15th, 12:00 p.m. at Exciting Faith Alive Church, 5705 E 32nd Avenue, Pastor Antonio Hawkins, officiating. The inter- ment will be held in Orange Hill Cemetery.
Princess Zi’Ell was sent from God to us and born through Alexis McNeal and Dyrell Car- rolls, on June 16, 2021. An Angel in the book of life wrote down our princess’ birth and whis- pered as she closed the book, “Too beautiful for this earth.”
Zi’Ell departed this earth to return home to her heavenly Fa- ther on Tuesday July 6, 2021. She was surrounded by immediate family and close friends as she made her transition.
The family would like to ex- tend sincere gratitude to the Pe- diatric NICU of Tampa General Hospital for working effortlessly and providing the best of care to our Angel until the very end. Her care and comfort were their number 1 priority and it showed from the beginning until the end.
Zi’Ell was preceded in death and greeted in heaven by: her grandmother, Cindy Carswell; grandfather, Darell Carrolls; great grandparents, Mary Brown, Arreatha Davis and El- liott McNeil, as well as her cousin mama Mia Imani Brewer.
Zi’Ell leaves behind to cherish forever her fond memories her: loving parents, Alexis McNeal and Dyrell Carrolls; the best big brother, Mi’Rell Carrolls; grand- parents, Alex and Angela McNeal and Frank Allen, III; great grand- parents, Brenda Pearson, Alieen Allen, Arthur Brown and Elio Valdez (Jackie); dedicated aun- ties, Delicia Buster (Devontae), Porschea Brewer, Talea Judkins (Jeremy), Cherrell Thompson, Jakethia Paramore, Mary Lee, Ovionce Pringle, Jocelyn Price and Lillian Lopez; uncles, Michael Brown, Bryan Harris, Derrick Johnson, Cory Dupree, Eric Leeks, Keiyon Harris and Christopher Mattear; loving cousins, John “Tookie” Brewer, Jr., Devontae Davis, Jr., Zariah Brown, Keith Chaptman, Morgan Brown, Kalila Judkins and Sa- niah Holmes; a host of other sor- rowing relatives and friends.

A Homegoing Celebration of Life service for Mrs. Wanda Vanessa Johnson of Tampa, Florida who passed away on July 03, 2021, will be held on July 17, 2021, at 10 a. m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Tampa, FL, Rev. Byron Brunson, officiating. Mrs. Wanda Vanessa Johnson “Tee” was born January 05, 1957, to the late Lelia Mathis and Johnny Collins. Wanda was a faithful member of Kingdom Seekers Missionary Baptist Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed cooking and helping others around her.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; grandmother, Frances Anderson; grandfather, Calvin McCants; great grand- mother, Lelia Dozier; uncle, Calvin McCants; grand-aunt, Laura Bell Howard; grand- uncle, Clyde Dozier; aunts, Frances Williams, and Flora Brown. A Celebration of Life serv- ice for Mrs. Stephanie Joyce Johnson of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on June 05, 2021, was held on July 10, 2021, at 1 p. m. at Aikens Fu- neral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Mar- tin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Tampa, FL, Mrs. Dolcinia J. Brown, Eulogist.
Mrs. Stephanie (Step) Johnson (62), died Saturday, June 26th, 2021, at St. Joseph’s Hospital. She was born in Jackson, Mississippi to Henry and Mary Lomax. She spent her early years in Winter Haven, Florida. Then she later moved to Manatee County in 1967. She attended the public school system in Manatee County. Later she moved to Tampa, Florida where she later met Bennie Johnson in 2001 and they later wed in 2014.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Mary Lomax; brothers, Paul Lomax and George Lomax; grandson, George Leach, IV.
She leaves behind to cher- ish her precious memories: husband, Bennie Johnson; sons, Krestal Johnson, Clarence Brown (son-in-law), Bryant Lomax, and Lewis Sherman; daughters, Delphine Brown, Dolcinia Brown, Eva Sherman, and Marissa Dixon; grandsons, Andrew Thomas, Alexander Oliver, Ricardo Sell- ers, Antonio Brown, Damion Johnson, Keenan Johnson, Stephan Jones, Lewis Antonio Sherman, III, Kaillou Matthew, and Dean Sherman; granddaughters, Susan Thomas, J’myla White, Joy- bennet Walker, Jai’Da John- son, Erin Monae Sherman, Erin Polite, and Breeze Amor Williams; great grandchildren, Alexander Oliver, II, Nyazha Thomas, Kayla Matthewson, Ya’Riah Ellison, and Mia Oliver; brothers, Charles Lomax, Willie Lomax, Christo- pher Ogletree, and Cedric Ogletree; sisters, Glorystine Smith, Bonnie Lomax, Carolyn Lomax, Charles Lomax, Etheleen Wilson, and Patrica Ogletree.

Fu- neral Services will be held on Saturday, July 17,2021, at 1:00 p.m. at Rebirth M. B. Church, 1924 E. Comanche Ave., Rev. Zachery Hudson, pastor, Tampa, Florida, with Archbishop James H. Howell, pastor of Cathedral of Faith, Inc., presiding. The in- terment will be held at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
Mrs. Julia H. Jackson was a native of Augusta, Georgia and resided in Tampa, Florida. She was a graduate of Middleton High School, class of 1949, and a graduate of Trenton, New Jersey College, where she obtained her LPN.
She was employed by the Trenton State Mental Health for over 25 years. Upon returning to Tampa, Florida, she worked for several hospitals including Lily White Hospital, Clara Frye and ultimately retired from the Hills- borough County Hospital Mental Health ward after 25 years of service.
