South Florida’s Missionary Bap- tist Association.
She served on the Education Committee of the Progressive Missionary and Educational Bap- tist State Convention of Florida, Inc. She also served as Co-Chair- person of the Foreign Mission and Education Councils of the SWMU of the National Baptist Convention of America Interna- tional, Inc.
She was an Ambassador of Annual Donation Day at Florida Memorial University. In addition, she was an avid monthly sup- porter of Florida Theological Seminary. In 2013, an annual scholarship was established in her name to give financial assis- tance to college-bound students.
Ernestine lived her life as an elegant, generous and loving per- son. She was an amazing daugh- ter, sister and mother, who loved her family, friends, church and church family. She would always say, “You know, I was raised in the church.”
Ernestine was predeceased by her parents, whom she adored and respected, Samuel and Willie Mae White; a brother, whom she loved, Samuel White, Jr.; her step-father, Reverend J. B. Adams, whom she affectionately referred to as “Pops;” her hus- band, Reverend Louis Carr, Jr.; and other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Ernestine enjoyed visiting, va- cationing and traveling through- out the world. Most of all, she loved her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
The memory of Ernestine Williams Carr will be cherished, and her legacy will live on through: her children, Morris L. (Blanche) Williams, Jr., Myron K. (Rose) Williams, Gina W. (Rhonne) Sanderson and Marcus J. (Beverley) Williams; grandchil- dren, Bryce, Jade, Marcus, Jr., Brittany, Ryann, GiRhon, Marcel- lus, Gianna and Bria; six great- grandchildren; three very caring nieces, Darlean Y. Prince, Judge Lisa Campbell-Hargrove and Monica McKinney; and a host of other loving relatives and won- derful friends.
A viewing will be held Friday, March 9, 2018, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with the family present 6-7 p. m.

MR. BERNARD BENNETT, SR.
Mr. Bernard Bennett, Sr. of Tampa, passed away Tuesday, February 27, 2018. Funeral Serv- ices will be conducted Saturday, March10,at11a.m.atRay Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Minister Sylvia Green, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Bernard Bennett, Sr., was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsbor- ough County and was a graduate of Howard W. Blake High School. Mr. Bennett retired from Single- ton Seafood as a Warehouseman. He was a “Fanatic” for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He also enjoyed listening to music, dancing and had a passion for fishing.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Lucious Bennett; mother, Cora Lee Harris Bennett; and siblings, Leslie Brooks, Leroy Griffin and Mary Bennett.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: a devoted companion, Rosa Tribling; daughter, Marlene Ben- nett (Antonio); son, Bernard (Inger) Bennett, Jr.; special son, Gerald (Mapall) Tribling; grand- children, Toccara Huff, Miya Williams, Bernard Bennett, III, Michael Williams, Jr., Tyrell Williams and Harold Jackson, II; great grandchildren, Marcessia Howard, MiYanna Moore, DeYanna Moore, Nyla Moore, DeKennon Moore, Jr., and DeKamron Moore; great-great grandchild, WilMariyah Craw- ford; adopted mom/sister-in-law, Robbie Brooks; adopted siblings, Willie (Patricia) Brooks, Deloris Hillard, Leslie (Rose) Brooks and Debra (Larry) Scott; and a host of

Swafford, Pas- tor, with Elder Daryl Jones, offici- ating.
Mr. Keith Byron Booker was a native of Louisville, Kentucky and a resident of Tampa for 25 years. He was a graduate of Blooming- dale High School and furthered his education with Hillsborough Community College. Mr. Booker was the owner and CEO of FBB Entertainment, LLC; and was a member of Fulfilling God’s Pur- pose Church.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: his wife, Cara Booker; his children, Janila Booker, Kimora Booker, Kemoni Booker, Dylan Booker, Keith Booker, Jr., Te’An- dra Blair, Kamara Culberth, Katara Culberth and Larry Brown; his parents, Daryl and Robin Jones; brothers, Thomas Booker and Jamie Clark; uncles, Robert Booker, Charles Patterson and Ramon Patterson; aunts, Pamela Booker and Teandra Pat- terson; a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends and fans.

MS. ERNESTINE WILLIAMS CARR
A Homegoing Celebration for Ms. Ernestine Williams Carr of Seffner, Florida, who passed away on Friday, March 2, 2018, will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018, 11 a. m., at New Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 2511 E. Columbus Dr., Reverend Larry Roundtree, II, Pastor, offi- ciating. The Interment will be held at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ernestine Williams Carr was born in Winter Haven, Florida, on September 2, 1937. She was the first of two children born to the late Samuel and Willie Mae White. She attended Glades County public schools and gradu- ated from Everglades Vocational High School in 1955.
After graduation, she matric- ulated to Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Education. She later attended The University of Tampa and received her Master’s Degree in Education. Through her union with Morris L. Williams, Sr., Ernestine was a loving, dedicated and devoted mother who raised four children.
As an educator in the Hills- borough County Public School System, she taught 3rd and 5th grades at Kingswood, Buckhorn and Lopez Elementary Schools. In 2004, she retired after 34 years of developing young minds and preparing fu- ture leaders.
She was a dedicated member of The New Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church of Tampa Florida, Inc., where she was a member of the Senior Women’s Missionary Ministry, serving as a Bible Teacher and member of the Sin- gles Ministry. She also served as a member of the Pastor’s Search Committee, active member of the Senior Women’s Ministry of Con- gress Number Four and First

Mrs. Brenda Epps of Tampa passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 10th, at 2 p. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Reverend James Andrews, officiating. In- terment will follow in Orange Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Brenda was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa and a graduate of Howard W. Blake High School. She was a member of Mount Olive Mis- sionary Baptist Church and was employed as a Dietician with Memorial Hospital for many years.
Brenda was preceded in death by: both of her parents, Malissa and Joseph Moncur, Sr.; husband, Leroy Epps; and siblings, Joseph Moncur, Jr, Veronica Mills, Rudolph Moncur, and Beverly Moncur.
She leaves to cherish her memory: 2 children, Lawanda Reed and Eldridge Reed; 2 nieces whom she raised as her own, Melissa Price (Earl) and Angela Moncur; 4 sisters, Linda Olson (Ronald), Lateefah Lewis (Gerald), Renita Thurman (Lorenzo), and Alice Knowles; goddaughter, Rechalle Cohen; 13 grandchildren, Eldridge Reed, Brittney Manyoma, Ed- drick Reed, Nico Manyoma, Marquis Hammond, Nicholas King, Deja Reed, Alexis Reed, Antanae Shuler, Dominque James, Jerome Reed, Ronnie Barnum, and Zevonte Sampson; 7 nieces, Rhonda Thompson, Cliffette Williams, Binta Moncur, Tammy Bryant, Sabrina Mon- cur, Tameka Jackson (Christo- pher), and Nafessah Ali; 5 nephews, Robert Henry (Ke- lene), Randolph Chavez, Clif- ford Williams, Bomani Moncur, and Raymond Arnao; 2 cousins, Loretta Caldwell and Joyce Gib- son; 21 great-grandchildren and a hosts of other relatives and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, March 9, and the family will receive friends from 7:30 p. m. to 8:30 p. m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.
