Funeral service for Mr. David Coley, who passed away on Saturday, May 9, 2015, will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2015, at 2 p.m.atSt.LukeA.M.E. Church, 2709 N. 25th Street, Tampa, Rev. Ronald E. Williams, Sr., pastor, officiating, with Rev. Eddie Nunn, eulogist.
David was preceded in death by: his mother, Lula Mae Coley; father, Milton Coley, Sr.; brothers, Milton Coley, Jr. and Steve L. Coley; sisters, Janice Renee Coley-Davis; uncle, Lynwood “Pete” Bell; and granddaughter, Leionna Alexander Black.

A native of Tampa, Mr. Coley was born on Septem- ber 21, 1957. He was edu- cated in public schools of Hillsborough County and graduated from Hillsbor- ough High School.
There will be a viewing on Friday, May 22, 2015, from 5-9 p. m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, with the family re- ceiving friends in the chapel from 7-8 p. m.

SISTER JOAN JONES HAMMOND
A celebration of life serv- ice for Sister Joan Jones Hammond, who passed away on Wednesday, May 13, 2015, will be held at Brown Memo- rial Church of God in Christ, 2313 E. 27th Avenue, Tampa, at 11 a. m., Saturday, May 23, 2015, with Bishop Matthew Williams, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Joan Hammond was born on October 1, 1954, in Willis- ton, FL. The family moved to Tampa in 1969.
She was a graduate of Hillsborough High School, class of 1972. She was a Li- censed Dietary Nutritionist and managed both Su Casa Nursing Home and Casa Marti Assistant Living Facil- ity. Because of her love for children, she became an en- trepreneur of Joan’s 24 Hour Home Daycare Center.
She accepted Christ at an early age. She was a former member of There’s Hope in Jesus Outreach Ministries under the leadership of Pas- tor Bruce Baker, and Mount Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. C. T. Kirkland. She later returned to the church of her youth, Brown Memo- rial Church Of God In Christ under the leadership of the Bishop Matthew Williams, until her demise.
Ms. Hammond leaves to cherish memories of her with: a devoted son, Stevie Edward Jones; seven grand- children, Stevie Jr., Steve- sha, Jordan, Kevis, Marcius, Daniel and De’janaye; mother, Supervisor Alberta Baker; seven brothers, Lon- nie (Arlene) Baker, Willie (Stephanie) Davis, Van Wright, Robert Baker, Al Baker, Bruce Baker and Charity (Sheryal) Baker; eight sisters, Gloria Harris, Joann (John) Wallace, Frances (Kenneth) Johnson, Verdell Garrick, Alberta (Nathan) Williams, Gail (Howard) Bethel, Lue Cinda O’lapade, and Davetta (Ben- nie) Smith; 3 special sisters- in-law and friends; a host of nephews; a host of nieces; a host of grandnephews and grandnieces; a host of cousins; one god-sister; and other relatives and special friends.
Public visitation will be from 5-9 p. m. on Friday, May 22, 2015, at Wilson Fu- neral Home, 3000 North 29th Street, with the family receiv- ing friends from 6-7 p. m. in the chapel.

MR. WAYNE R. EDWARDS
It is with great sadness and many tears that we say goodbye to Mr. Wayne R. Ed- wards, who received the gift of eternal life on Tuesday, May 12, 2015.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2015, at 11 a. m. at Abundant Life Enrichment Center, 4701 E. Hanna Avenue, Pas- tor Randy Rudolph.
Wayne was born to Char- lie and Edith Edwards on Au- gust 7, 1955, in Tampa. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a proud graduate of King High School.
Wayne later married Cas- sandra Johnson and of that union, their daughter, Tatan- isha was born.
He was a construction worker by trade and enjoyed talking about dogs and “his” Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, and friend.
Wayne was preceded in death by: his parents, Charlie and Edith; sisters, Rosetta and Edith; and granddaugh- ter, Camryn.
He leaves to cherish loving memories: his wife, Cassan- dra; daughter, Tatanisha (Brian); granddaughter, Rhyan; sister, Gloria; nieces, Rachel, Kendra, Delilah and Angela; nephew, Lamumba (Cheryl); aunts, Lois, Mary and Minnie Lee; sisters-in- law, Valarie Nelson (Thomas), Las Vegas, NV, Toni Booker, Aurora, Col- orado; 3 brothers-in-law, Edwin Johnson (Minnie), Portsmouth, VA, Fredrick Johnson, Tampa, and Adrian Johnson (Philetha), Tampa; special cousin, Ruth Jones; and a host of friends to in- clude: John, Charles, Curtis, Gerald, Wallace, Lawrence and Roy, and the Silver Dol- lar Crew; and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews from the Johnson side of the family.
