Ms. Tangela Clark
penned a book that she be- lieved would help other women, after her own experi- ence. Divorced in 2016, she had much information to share.
Moving to Tampa a year later, she learned that many of her friends were going through some of the same trials and tribulations she had gone through. But, they were amazed at how well she was doing and wanted to know her secret. That’s when she de- cided to share her experiences and put pen to paper.
Being led by God, her new book, Divorce And Moving Forward, I Need Help, launched in June, 2021. She held a book signing on October 1, 2021 in the downtown Tampa Club, from the 42nd floor of the Bank of America building. “I was really sur- prised at the number of people who came out for the book signing,” she said. “There are so many hurting people seek- ing help.”
Although the title of the book has ‘divorce’ in it, “it’s not just for divorced people. It has information for single, mar- ried, separated and people in committed relationships,” she explained. “Each group has the same kind of issues trying to move forward to reach the next season in their lives.”
And it’s not just designed for women. The book has in- formation to help those – men or women – who are having trouble moving forward. This book is based on relationship building and is designed to help you become a better per- son, spouse or confidant.
The book has debuted and been seen in several media venues. The book was featured in “OWN IT!!” Magazine, where she was interviewed by Marissa L. Bloedoom, best-

Ms. Clark was raised by her mother, the late Geneva Lang. She is the youngest of seven. Her mother was her ex- ample of Christ-like values which she instilled in Clark from a little girl. She was taught children should obey their parents in the Lord. She credits God with all of her suc- cesses.
