Former Cardinals run- ning back Andre Elling- ton has signed with the Buccaneers and will be re- uniting with Bruce Ari- ans in Tampa Bay, the team announced Tuesday.
Ellington, who just turned 30, was selected in the sixth round of the 2013 draft. That made him a part of Arians’ first draft class in Arizona, and he panned out pretty well. Not a lot of sixth-rounders even make the active ros- ter, much less get consis- tent playing time.
Ellington’s best year came as a rookie, when he ran for 652 yards on 118 attempts (5.5 yards per carry) and scored three touchdowns. He also caught 39 passes for 371 yards (9.5 yards per catch) and a score in year one.

Former President Barack Obama cautioned a group of young men on Tues- day about falling for old “stereotypes” of what being a man means.
He demonstrated that by introducing himself to his au- dience as “Michelle’s hus- band.”
“If you’re confident about your strength, you don’t need to show me by putting some- body else down,” Obama told the audience at a My Brother’s Keeper event, ac- cording to The Huffington Post. “Show me by lifting somebody else up.”
