   Lemon Parmesan Salmon
  INGREDIENTS:
• 3 5 ounces salmon fillets
• 2 1/2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 lemon, thinly sliced
DIRECTIONS:
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, divided
• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper, divided • 1/3 cup parmesan, grated
• 2 heads broccoli, broken into florets
  From soy-glazed and garlicky to herb-crusted, these baked salmon entrées with roasted veggies are super quick and easy to make.
Soy Glazed Salmon
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
2) Place broccoli on baking sheet. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan, and toss to evenly coat.
3) Top salmon with lemon juice, parmesan, and remaining salt and pepper and place in cen- ter of baking sheet, leaving about 3/4-inch between fillets so they can evenly cook. Lay the lemon slices out over the sheet pan.
4) Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
Herb Crusted Salmon
        INGREDIENTS:
• 3 5 ounces salmon fillets • 1 pint grape tomatoes, whole
• 1 pound green beans, trimmed
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
DIRECTIONS:
• 2 tablespoon olive oil, divided
• 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
 INGREDIENTS:
• 3 5 ounces salmon fillets • 2 tablespoon raw honey • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
• 2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
• 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper • 1 1/2 pounds fresh asparagus
• 1 orange, sliced and halved
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a rimmed bak- ing sheet with foil.
2) Add the salmon to the sheet pan. Top with 1 table- spoon. olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon. salt, 1/4 teaspoon. pep- per, and herbs.
3) Add green beans to the sheet pan and top with re- maining tablespoon. olive oil, and remaining sea salt, and ground black pepper.
4) Place tomatoes on baking sheet on one side of the sheet pan.
5) Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
Honey Garlic Salmon
INGREDIENTS:
• 3 5 ounces salmon fillets
• 1 red bell pepper, diced
• 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
• 1/2 red onion, cut into wedges
• 3 tablespoon raw honey
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon sea salt, divided
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
DIRECTIONS:
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
2) Add the salmon to the sheet pan. Top with 1 tablespoon. olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon. salt, 1/4 teaspoon. pepper, and herbs.
3) Add green beans to the sheet pan and top with remaining tablespoon. olive oil, and re- maining sea salt, and ground black pepper.
4) Place tomatoes on baking sheet on one side of the sheet pan.
5) Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
  1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
2) Combine the raw honey, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, olive oil, and pepper in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Set aside.
3) Arrange the asparagus, orange slices, and salmon on the baking sheet, leaving space in between the salmon.
4) Drizzle the soy-honey sauce over the salmon and veg- etables.
5) Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
