The ‘Get Moving!’ program has a variety of athletic events...from indoor basket- ball leagues to flag football and
soccer in the community park. These organized sports events are available to residents in the area of all abilities.
The program also has senior fitness classes paired with nu- tritional cooking and garden- ing courses.

The University Area CDC is celebrating 20 years of serving the community.
The University Area Com- munity Development Corpora- tion (CDC) will be hosting a free lunch and learn event. The event will be held on Thursday, August 9, 2018, 11:30 a. m. – 1 p. m.
The public is invited to the gathering, during which par- ticipants will learn about the University Area CDC’s ‘Get Moving!’ program.
