Effective May 11, 2017, King’s Manor Apartments located at 2946 W. Columbus Drive, Tampa, FL 33607 will close its waiting list. This property is a section 8/202 elderly Housing Complex, subsidized by HUD.
Kings Manor will NOT accept any NEW applications for waiting list on or after this date. There are currently over 310 families on this waiting list and the wait to receive assistance is much longer than one year. When King’s Manor re-opens the waiting list an announcement will be posted on our website and in the local newspaper.
If you name is already on a waiting list you do not need to take any action. King’s Manor will maintain your name and the date and time you applied. You are still required to update your personal information by submitting changes in writing.
