     Woman Killed In Single-Car Accident
 The Florida Highway Pa- trol is investigating a single- car accident involving a fatality. The accident took place last Wednesday on the Selmon Expressway.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the unidenti- fied 54-year-old woman who lived in Seffner was driving north on State Road 618
along the connector to east- bound Interstate 4.
For unexplained reasons, she drifted from her lane. The right side of her 2016 Toyota Camry collided with the out- side concrete barrier wall. The car then rotated and the left side of the car hit the bar- rier wall.
The woman was trans- ported to Tampa General Hospital, where she later died. The investigation is con- tinuing.

 Man Dies After Hitting Back Of Stopped Tow Truck
Woman Killed By Hit And Run Driver
   A 51-year-old man died early Thursday after colliding with the back of a tow truck. The truck was stopped on the shoulder of Westbound I-4 east of Mango Road.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, for unknown reasons, the unidentified
driver of a 2009 Pontiac G5 left the roadway, entered the paved shoulder of the road, and collided with the tow truck. The vehicle then erupted into flames. The man died at the scene. The investi- gation is continuing.
 The Florida Highway Patrol provided this photograph of the suspect and the suspect vehicle involved in the deadly hit and run accident.
 A 40-year-old Tampa woman died after being struck by a driver who fled the scene. The accident oc- curred early Sunday, shortly after 2 a.m.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the uniden- tified driver was traveling southbound on U. S. 41 ap- proaching E. 120th Avenue.
Ms. Chanda Renee
Gant, of Tampa, was walk- ing westbound across U. S. 41 when she entered the path of the unknown Chevrolet SUV. Ms. Gant was transported to Advent Health Hospital, where she died as a result of her in- juries.
After striking Ms. Gant, the unidentified driver fled the scene. Police are cur-
rently searching for a 2003- 2009 Chevrolet Trailblazer that is white in color.
