Funeral service for Pyper Christina-Marie Buie, who passed away on March 22, 2019, in Fayetteville, North Carolina, will be held on Sat- urday, April 6, 2019, at 2 p. m. at Exciting Faith Alive, 5705 E. 32nd Avenue, Tampa, Florida with Pastor Antonio Hawkins, officiating. Interment will fol- low in Orange Hill Cemetery.

MRS. ELLEN H. MCCLENNAN
Mrs. Ellen H. McClennan, of Tampa passed away Saturday, March 23, 2019. Funeral service will be conducted Saturday, April 6, at 2 p.m., at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Rev- erend James Suttle, officiating.
Mrs. Ellen H. McClennan was a native and lifelong resi- dent of Tampa, Florida. She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and gradu- ated from Howard W. Blake High School. Mrs. McClennan was employed in housekeeping at St. Joseph’s Hospital for many years and she was a mem- ber of Jackson Heights Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by: parents, Zemmer Hair and Annie B. White-Hair; sisters, Willie Mae Green and Claudie B. Hair.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving and de- voted daughter, Yolanda Williams and husband; grand- children, Mario, Shavawn, and LaShay; 8 great grandchildren, Hearttceyea, Quieshan, Julisa, Malaysia, Jerinan, Ernesto, Za- ylen and Malik; sister, Nancy Jean Baker; brother, Benjamin Haire; a host of nieces, nephews, other sorrowing rela- tives and friends.

MR. DYWAN I. WASHINGTON, SR.
Mr. Dywan I. Washington, Sr., of Tampa, passed away Monday, March 25, 2019. Fu- neral services will be con- ducted Saturday, April 6, at 11 a.m., at Miracle Temple Institu- tional Church of God In Christ, 2001 N. Albany Ave. with Su- perintendant Clethen U. Sut- ton, Pastor, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Dywan was a native and life- long resident of Tampa. “Man,” as he was affectionately called, was a graduate of Thomas Jef- ferson High School, Class of 1987. He was employed by the University of South Florida, Tampa Housing Authority and Hillsborough County School as a custodian until his health began to fail. Man was pre- ceded in death by: his mother, Delores Washington; sister, Yvette Washington; grand- mother, Zetha Washington; and his mother-in-law, Irene Knight.
His life will forever be cher- ished by: his wife, Latheria Knight-Washington; sons, Dywan Washington, Jr., Dar- rius Washington, Jamarl Al- ford, and Arthur Polite (Keona); daughters, Tiffany Moore, Jasmine Woods, and like a daughter, Shacora Smalls (Terrance); 14 grandchildren; father, Nathaniel Washington, Sr., (Bernadette); sisters, Karen, Kimberlyn (Patrick), and Nicci (Duke); brother, Nathaniel, Jr., (Tess); nieces, Sharone, Sadreal (Leon), Zan- dreal (Taylor), Raven, Desire, DuQuavia, Jasmon (Joey), and Tarnika; nephews, Antonio, Ty- rone (Jessica), Trevarus, Sr., Jamarcus (Keirra), Patrick, Darius, Nathaniel, III, and Duke Jr.; aunts, Patricia Beacham, Mary Williams (Percy), Sandra Price, Blondella Hickman, Vandella Durr, and Sylvia Beacham; un- cles, Irvin Beacham, Ben Wash- ington (Hazel), Ronnie Price (Margaret), Cedric Price, Roger Johnson (Doretha), and Greg Carrington (Sandra); brother- in-law, Julius Knight; sister-in- law, Earnestine Green; a host of special friends; his four legged partner, Symba; and a host of cousins, great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Louvenia Tillman of Tampa passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2019. Funeral serv- ices will be conducted Saturday, April 6, at 11 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Pastor Donald Lott, officiating. Inter- ment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Louvenia Tillman was a native of Williston, FL, and a resident of Tampa for 60 years. She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was employed as a House- keeper for the Tampa Interna- tional Airport.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Sidney Eddie Tillman; parents, Ethel Lee Scott and Clarence Goins, Sr.,; and brothers, Clarence Goins, Jr., Leroy Goins and Horace Goins.

MR. ANDREW WHIGHAM, JR.
Mr. Andrew Whigham, Jr., of Tampa, passed away Tues- day, March 19, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted Sat- urday, April 6, at 2 p.m., at Mount Olive A. M. E. Church, 1902 W. LaSalle St., with Rev- erend Gregory V. Gay, Pastor, officiating. Interment will fol- low in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Born to the late Andrew Whigham, Sr., and Rosa Lee Guyton, Andrew Whigham, Jr., was born in Bainbridge, GA and relocated to Clearwater, FL for some time, and then the family settled in Tampa, FL.
Andrew was a proud gradu- ate of Don Thompson Voca- tional High School and then attended Florida A & M Univer- sity, Tallahassee, FL. While at- tending FAMU, he was drafted into the United States Army, where he served as a military police officer. Following his stint in the Army, Andrew began his next chapter at Tampa Electric Company (TECO).
He was a devoted employee at TECO and even made his mark for future Black employ- ees. Andrew maintained his commitment to his spiritual well-being and was a faithful member of Mt. Olive A.M.E Church for over 60 years. Of the various positions he held within the church, he was most proud of installing features on the church grounds. He in- stalled the sprinkler systems, barricade fencing on the sides of the church, and maintained the grass. In addition, he served on the Board of Trustees and did all he could until his declining health pre- vented him from doing so.
He is survived by: his son, Andrew Whigham, III, (Deardra) of Dallas, TX; daughter, Harriett Carter- Manning (Clyde), of Tampa; grandchildren, Gavin Carter, of Tampa, Andrew Whigham, IV, and Carrington McKenzie Whigham, of Dallas, TX; great grandchild, Micah Charles Carter (Gavin); his classmates, devoted friends, church mem- bers of Mt. Olive, and co-work- ers of TECO; long time friends, Herman Vann, of Wylie, TX, and Danny Jones, of Detroit MI; cousins, Toynita Pilcher, Ronnie Pilcher, Cheryl Pilcher and Gloria Shaw, of Tampa, and a host of relatives and friends.
