Brick To Honor Andrew Joseph, III, Placed On Riverwalk
The parents, other family members and friends of Andrew Joseph, III, were at the Tampa Bay History Center last month to see a brick placed there to honor the memory of their son.
Andrew’s parents, Andrew and Deanna Joseph were among those who spoke.
Andrew was struck and killed 6 years ago while crossing the interstate, after being forced to leave the Florida State Fairgrounds.
His death brought about change as deputies now must call parents before a student/child is placed outside the Fairgrounds. (Photographs by Julia Jackson)
Mr. and Mrs. Andrew (Deanna) Joseph addressed those who attended the event in recognition of their son, Andrew Joseph, III.
