James “Jimmy Hench- man” Rosmand has been sentenced for the murder of 50 Cent affiliate Lowell “Lodi Mack” Fletcher. According to AllHipHop, who spoke to Henchman following his sen- tencing, the former music mogul was given two life sen- tences.
The G-Unit associate was killed in September 2009 fol- lowing a violent feud between G-Unit and Game, who was managed by Henchman at the time.
The murder was believed to be the result of a 2007 incident involving Henchman’s then- teenage son who was beaten up by Tony Yayo and Lodi Mack in New York City. Both men were convicted — Lodi Mack received jail time and Yayo got community service.
Henchman was accused of commissioning Lodi Mack’s murder. In March 2015, he was convicted and given a life sen- tence plus 20 years for the crime but had the conviction overturned in November 2016. Although he was granted a new trial, Henchman was con- victed again last November.
In an open letter, Hench- man maintains his innocence. “I want to apologize to my family and my support system,” Henchman wrote. “Most im- portantly, to my son; When I asked you to intern as a 14 yr old at my office it was because I

wanted you to see your father working and have a strong role model.
I wanted you to look up to brown and black people in boardrooms rather than in the streets. I was proud of the work I was doing. I never thought when I sent you on that errand, you would be surrounded and assaulted by 50 cent and four G-Unit grown men with guns for wearing a T-shirt.
My son I want you to know today – you did nothing wrong by coming to me and letting me know what happened to you. Any child that is under age should let their parents know if they are assaulted.
“Sleep with a sound con- scious knowing your father is not a murderer and you are not the blame for my incarceration. This is bigger than me or you. I to am a casualty.
Music mogul Russell Simmons says a rape lawsuit filed against him is “nothing more than an attempt ... to ex- tort large sums of money” from him, and he wants the case dis- missed.
According to court docu- ments obtained by The Blast, Simmons refers to the law- suit — which was filed by a woman known as Jane Doe back in March — as a “work of pure fiction.”
Doe reportedly does not know when the rape occurred but Simmons believes their interaction went down in 1988 ... which means the statute of limitations has expired.
His response to the lawsuit states that the allegation against him “is nothing more than an attempt by Jane Doe to extort large sums of money from Mr. Simmons and for

her lawyer to try to make a name for himself.”
Simmons recently went to court demanding that the al- leged victim and her lawyer to be sanctioned in the amount of $34,376 for fees and costs he incurred opposing “this base- less and improper” claim, the
report states.
According to The Blast,
Jane Doe’s lawsuit states that she took her son to a hip-hop concert, where Simmons ap- proached her and invited them backstage. He also allegedly in- vited her to an afterparty at a hotel nearby, which she at- tended after dropping off her son.
Once inside his hotel room, she claims he said, “I’m going to f*** you.” When she protested, he threatened: “I am going to f*** you or I’m going to f*** your son. You decide.”
She claims he then threw her on the bed and raped her.
Her lawsuit is seeking $10 million in damages.
Meanwhile, Simmons is demanding his accuser prove he assaulted her or the case be thrown out.
A judge has yet to rule.
