Two young adults with ties to the Tampa Bay Area recently completed basic mil- itary training. Both partici- pated in their respective graduation ceremonies at the Joint Base San Antonio- Lackland, in San Antonio, Texas.
Airman Ayana K. Griffin and Airman An- dres F. Martinez Robles completed an intensive, eight-week program that in- cluded training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare

Airman Martinez Robles is the son of Ingrid C. Robles Gonzales, of Tampa. He graduated from Gunn High School, in Palo Alto, California, in 2014.
