In Traffic
Accident
A 31-year-old woman died in a traffic accident Friday morning. The accident took place on U. S. Highway 41 and Valroy Road, shortly before 8:30 a.m.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Ms. Meghan A. Wiggins, of Ruskin, was driving a 2008 Ford, southbound on U. S. 41. She reported failed to observe that the semi tractor trailer driven by Mario Andrew Villanueva, 56, of Orlando, slowing down. Her vehicle struck the back of the trailer.
Ms. Wiggins died at the scene. No charges have been filed, and the investigation is continuing.

Shooting Over Girlfriend Leaves Two Hurt

Last Thursday afternoon, two men were shot after be- coming involved in an argu- ment with two other men. Police believe the argument was over a girlfriend of one of the suspects.
According to the Hills- borough County Sheriff’s Of- fice, the shooting took place around 1:45 p.m., at an apartment at 925 Sawgrass Marsh Court, in Ruskin.
The quarrel culminated when one of the suspects fired shots at the two uniden- tified victims. Both were shot in the leg and transported to Tampa General Hospital for treatment.
During the investigation, detectives identified 20- year-old Frabrocio Yosue

Menocal Cisnados and David Lopez De La Torre, 21, as suspects. War- rants have been issued for the arrests of both men. Both are Hispanic males.
Detectives said Cisna- dos was in possession of a semi-automatic firearm and De La Torre was armed with an unidentified caliber revolver.
Both men are considered armed and dangerous. They fled the scene in a white Toy- ota Camry.
