MR. AARON TYRONE CARROLL
Homegoing celebration for Mr. Aaron Tyrone Carroll of Tampa, who passed away on Friday, February 5, 2016, will be held on Saturday, February 13 at 4 p. m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Rev. Ernest Coney, officiating.
Aaron was born October 16, 1955 in Elkton, Maryland, and was a longtime resident of Tampa. He loved playing the guitar and was a skilled painter. He enjoyed his fam- ily and had a good sense of humor and was an all- around sportsman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Aaron Thomas Johnson and Ber- nice E. Carroll.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his son, Aaron Ty- rone Carroll (Natasha); grand- children, Shawndra Mathis, Malik, Arianna, Aaralyn and, Sumayyah Carroll, Jasmyn Simmons, Jaylen Martin and Marquis Sullivan; brothers, Jamie Johnson (Yoshiko), Bruce Ennals and Charlie Johnson; sisters, Deborah C. Allen (Nicholas), Theresa E. Carroll, Darlene Slaughter and Judy Ann Dorsey (Paul T. Grey); aunt, Helene Slaughter; a host of uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and de- voted friends, Mary Burgess and Poquita White.
The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, February 12 from 5-8 p. m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service.

MR. JAMES LEONARD DENNARD, JR.
Homegoing celebration for Mr. James Leonard Den- nard, Jr. of Tampa, who passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2016, will be held Saturday, February 13 at 11 a. m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., Minister Steven Allen, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memo- rial Park Cemetery.
James graduated from Tampa Bay Vocational Tech- nical High School in 1989. He was also a graduate of Hills- borough Community College, where he served as president of SGA. James also attended the University of South Florida. He was a United States Marine Corps veteran who served in Operation Desert Storm.
He was preceded in death by: his grandparents, Johnny Burns, Jessie Mae Dennard, and Joseph, Sr. and Doris Aydelotte; uncle, James Ay- delotte; and aunt, Annie Pearl Dennard.
He leaves to cherish his memories: parents, James, Sr. and Deborah Dennard; brothers, Jason Dennard (Theresa), Jonathan and Donovan Dennard; sisters, Jessica, Jameca and Debo- rah Dennard, Joy Allen (Steven, Sr.), Jocelyn Gosa and Dione Rolfe (Corey, Sr.); great aunts, Claretha Christopher and Mary Adams; uncles, Johnny Den- nard, Joseph, Jr., and Aaron and John Aydelotte; nieces, Alexis Brown, Kailah Gosa and Kalina Dennard; nephews, Gerald Bletcher, Jesse Powell, Eric Gosa, Jr., Ricky Williams, Steven Allen, Jr., Jordan Allen and Corey Rolfe, Jr.; great nephew, Kayden Bletcher; a host of cousins; family friend, Chris- tine Peller; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Homegoing services for Mrs. Catherine L. Wester of Tampa, who passed away Friday, February 6, 2016, will be held Saturday, February 13 at 11 a. m. at New Progress Missionary Baptist Church, 3307 E. Shadowlawn Avenue, Reverend E. J. Williams, pastor, with Rev. Terrell Carter, officiating. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery.
Catherine was born March 30, 1962 in Sylvester, Geor- gia to the late Edward Lewis, Sr. and Pauline Daniels Lewis.
She was a longtime employee of J. Clifford McDonald’s Training Center.
She enjoyed caring for her family by cooking for them and socializing with them.
Catherine was preceded in death by: her parents; sib- lings, Mary Barthel and Ed- ward Lewis, Jr.; and niece, Nicole Lewis.
She leaves to cherish her fond memories with: a de- voted husband, Reginald Wester; son, Ahmad Lewis; step-son., Reginald Wester, Jr.; grandson, Kijhae Webb; sister, Patricia Lewis; broth- ers, Albert Lewis (Stella), and Willie Lewis; aunts, Lu- cille Hamilton, Lawrenceville, GA, Ola Mae Daniels, Sylvester, GA, and Annie L. Grimes, Jack- sonville, FL; uncle, James Daniels, Sylvester, GA; nieces, Teresa Lewis- Williams (Paul), Tisha Ask- iew (Kelvis), and Natasha Best; nephews, Bernard Rogers (Shawanda), Regi- nald Mention, Anthony Lewis and Edward James Lewis, II; special friends, Sonia Wright, Velma Sanchez and Phyllis James; and a host of other loving family and friends who will dearly miss her.

Homegoing services for Mr. Carl Stafford of Tampa, who passed away on Febru- ary 3, 2016, will be held on Saturday, February 13 at 2 p. m. at First Baptist Church of College Hill, 3838 N. 29th Street, Rev. Dr. S. Evan Bur- rows, pastor, officiating. The interment will be in Florida National Cemetery, Bush- nell, FL.
Carl Thomas Stafford, was born on April 20, 1954 in Groveland, FL, to the late Green Stafford and Ruby Stafford.
Carl was one of ten sib- lings and was preceded in death by: his four sisters, Constance, Carolyn, Janice and Eartha Stafford; a brother, Ralph Stafford; and step-son, Arnold L. Edwards.
Upon graduating from Groveland High School, he entered the U. S. Marine Corps.
He was a supervisor at Manna Pro Corp, where he worked for 22 years. Carl was a member of First Bap- tist Church of College Hill Church.
He leaves to cherish his memories with: his loving and devoted wife, Thelma B. Stafford; a loving mother, Ruby Stafford; son, Travis Farrow; step-son, Willie Ed- wards, III (Crystal); broth- ers, Calvin Stafford, Richard Stafford and Curtis Stafford (Nora); sister, Gloria Stafford; 3 aunts, Clara Evans, Ollie Mae Miller and Dorothy Evans; sisters-in- law, Betty Glenn, Eartha C. Thomas (Dennis), Patricia D. Johnson (Arthur), Sharon J. Canty (Lenzo) and Edwina Fields; brothers-in-law, Arnold Fields (Hazel), and Robert Fields; and special friends, Jeffery Maxwell, Lonnie Hodges, Stanley (Juke) Young, and Bernie (Bernard) Penny.
He was a proud grandfa- ther of 3 granddaughters, 1 grandson, 6 great grand- daughters; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and good friends.
The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home from 5-8 p. m., Friday, Feb- ruary 12 and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the church.
The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service. The family requests that friends join them for a repast immediately following the service at the church.

MR. DAVID JOE CARTER
Funeral services for Mr. David Joe Carter of Tampa, who passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2016, will be held on Saturday, February 13 at 2 p. m. at Aikens Funeral Home Chapel, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd., a local minister offici- ating.
David Joe Carter was born on March 17, 1959 to the late London Bryant and Josephine Carter.
David was a caring person, especially about family mem- bers.
David especially enjoyed the holiday season. He would cook holiday meals for resi- dents in the group home in spite of his illness. This time of year was always a very happy time for David.
He leaves to mourn his passing: Michael Carter, older brother; and Debra Wilson, younger sister; grand nieces and nephews also survive him.
The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, February 12 from 5-8 p. m.
The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday for the service.
