No. O-01621LEE ROY SELMON GREENWAY ENHANCEMENT LOW Bid DESIGN-BUILD
The Tampa-Hillsborough County Expressway Authority (Authority) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive bids and proposals for Design-Build delivery of the Lee Roy Selmon Greenway Enhancements from Florida Avenue to west of South Jefferson Street. The scope of work includes all investigations, design, permitting, coordination, final approved construction documents and construction activities necessary to complete the project.
The complete Instructions and Submittal Documents are available through the DemandStar System (www.demandstar.com) or through an email request to Man.Le@tampa-xway.com. FIRMS THAT OBTAIN THE INSTRUCTIONS AND SUBMITTAL DOCUMENTS FROM SOURCES OTHER THAN DEMANDSTAR OR THEA ARE CAUTIONED THAT THE DOCUMENTS MAY BE INCOMPLETE.
Mandatory Pre-proposal meeting on December 14, 2021 @ 10:00 a.m. at 1104 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602.
Interested firms shall submit a completed Letter of Interest response to the Authority by January 06, 2022 by 2:00 p.m. EST. Firms failing to submit the required documents as outlined within the Instructions and Submittal Documents may be deemed non-responsive to the RFP. The Authority strongly encourages the solicitation and utilization of SBE firms and requires nondiscrimination on the basis of race, color, sex and national origin in its contracting practices.
