WTMP Radio Station Still For Sale
After all of the bids were received on September 30th on the sale of WTMP 1150AM and 96.1FM, they were opened and reviewed by representatives for Tama Broadcasting, Incorporated.
According to Scott Savage, who is brokering the sale of the station, none of the bids submitted qual- ified under the perimeters they had set.
“Right now, the station is still for sale. The reserve price wasn’t met, and I will continue to broker the sale of the station.
“There will not be another auction as the availability of the station will be made known through media sources and other communication networks.” The station will stay as is until the sale is made.
Savage did not disclose how many bids were reviewed.
