FAMILY NOTICE
IN LOVING MEMORY OF JACOBY JACKSON
“I am who I am” III/VIII/XCVII - INFINITY
Mourning the loss of Jacoby Jackson, aka Abdallah Salaam, who passed away on 05/24/2020.
Jacoby Jackson was born to Ieasha Jackson and Charles Jef- ferson.
He was preceded in death by: his uncle, Antwan Dixon.
He leaves to cherish memo- ries: his parents; siblings: Chuck, Nadia, Briana Jefferson, Leah, Essence and Julia; grandmother, Toby Jones; grandfather, Jerome Gordon, Sr.; godmothers: Eunice Shepherd, Robins Jones, and Jo- hanna Ramirez; aunts/uncles, La- toya and Tyrone Williams, Jerome and Tara Gordon, Kesha Thomas, Na’Arsha Jones and Candace Nealy; a host of cousins, other family and friends.
Unfinished words of Jacoby Jackson:
“Make space for yourself in your life.
You deserve to be happy, yes you!
Be gentle with your own heart just as you would be gentle with others. You deserve all the love and care you so willingly give away. Don’t forget your own heart when it needs it the most. Great- ness is wanting the best for your- self so that you can be the most efficient person that you can be when it comes to helping the ones you love. Sometimes we make mistakes out of anger which causes us to hurt the people who we care about or who care about us, but at the end of the day, if you care about somebody you got to let the pride go and move forward be- fore you really do lose that special somebody forever. Whoever it is, God forgave us, so why can’t we forgive those.”
For I am persuaded, that nei- ther death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
RIP — Long Live Jacoby
