CHANDLER
MS. MARGARET JEAN SUMPTER
The homegoing celebration for Ms. Margaret J. Sumpter, age 92, who retired to Heaven on Monday, May 8, 2017 in Tampa, Florida, will be held Saturday, May 13, 2017, 6 p. m. at Without Walls International Church, 4414 N. Grady Ave. Interment will be private.
A native to Pennsylvania, she was the eldest of two children born to Mr. and Mrs. Genevieve Webb-Moody. Margaret was a gifted seamstress who designed and created everything from fur- niture, costume designs to for- mal wear. She was a charismatic, generous soul, who embraced life and truly lived every day.
Margaret was preceded in death by: both of her parents; brother, Bobby; daughter, Royce Johnson; and grandson, Saad- yar Johnson.
She is survived by: her daugh- ters, Ricci Johnson and Robin Poindexter; grandchildren, Rikky, Ricquel, Bobbi, Demene, Monique, Wendel, Cheree, Anish and Nyeechi; and a host of great and great-great grandchil- dren.
The viewing for Ms. Sumpter will be held Saturday from 5 - 6 p. m., 1 hour prior to the services starting.

Funeral services for Mr. Th- elonia Brown who passed away May 7, 2017, will be held Satur- day,May13,2017at11a.m.at Northside Missionary Baptist Church, 5706 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610, Reverend Ri- cardo Robinson, Pastor/ Eulo- gist; Reverend Leonard Harrington, Officiating. Inter- ment will be made in the family plot at their home church of Chance Hill Baptist Church Cemetery in Macon, GA.
Mr. Thelonia Brown was born in Macon, Georgia to Geor- gia Lee Howard. He was edu- cated in the public schools of Macon, GA. He was a dedicated worker at Gulfside Supply.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving and de- voted wife of 41 years, Eva Brown; one daughter, Rosanna Bass (Tony); four sons: Kenny McCullough, Sherron Small, Sr. (Mia), Clinton Small, Carl C. Small (Nicole); siblings: Evan- gelist JoAnn Brown, Hattie P. Woodford, Willie Howard (Mary), Henry Howard; brother-in-law: James Jackson Sr. (Ida); sisters-in-law: Mary Bell Hickman, Carrie James (Ike), Ethel Hayes, Sally Red- ding (Joe) and Mattie White; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held this Friday from 5-8 p. m. at Har- mon Funeral Home, 5002 N 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610. Family will receive friends from 6-7 p. m. The processional will as- semble at the church on Satur- day at 10:45 a. m.

SIS. VON CECILE BOSTIC JONES
Celebration of life for Sis. Von Cecile Bostic Jones, who passed away April 13, 2017, will be held Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 2 p. m. at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, FL 33610, Elder Melvin Davis, presiding. Committal will be made at the Chapel.
Voncile was born in Tampa, on October 21, 1953 to the late Mr. John David Bostick, Sr. and Mo. Lilly Mae Bostick Williams. She received her education in Hillsborough County, graduat- ing from Middleton High School in the class of 1971. Voncile con- tinued her education at the Uni- versity of South Florida.
Her church affiliation and membership was entrenched at the then Brown Temple Church of God in Christ under the lead- ership of Pastor, Elder J. B. Brown (founder) and later the tutelage of Elder Gilyard. The church is now known as Brown Memorial COGIC and is pas- tored by Bishop Matthew Williams.
Voncile is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Joe Louis Davis.
She is survived by her only child: Jairus; 4 siblings: Mary (Ulysses), Elder Melvin Davis, Lora (William) and John, Jr.; and by a host of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.

MR. ROOSEVELT TURNER
Mr. Roosevelt Turner was born on October 28, 1954 in Tampa, Florida and was edu- cated in the Hillsborough County School System. As a youth he was a member of New Salem P. B. Church. Growing up, Roosevelt, called “Velt” by his friends, was raised in Cen- tral Park Housing Projects. He loved watching movies and spending time with his friends.
He was preceded in death by: his mother, Willie Ruth Turner; his sister, Willie Hazel Thomas; brother, Franklin Turner; grandmother, Ethel Al- ford; aunt, Mrs. Dorothy Frier- son; nephew, Eddie Thomas, Jr.; and cousin, Donald Rogers, Sr.
Roosevelt was a unique in- dividual and that’s what made him special. He will be sadly missed by family and friends. Roosevelt will always be known by his nephew as - Unc.
He leaves to mourn his passing: wife, Cynthia Turner; children, Sarah Turner, (Ron- nell), Danitra Thompson, Viola Turner (Jay), Fundrida Lamb, Delron Turner (Ericka) and Delray Turner; sister, Rev. Mrs. Georgia Mae Allen of Tampa passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2017. A Memorial Serv- ice will be conducted Friday, May12,at2p.m.atMountCal- vary Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 4902 N. 40th Street, with Chaplain Jerome Lowe, officiating, Pastor Curtis Crider, eulogist.
Mrs. Georgia Mae Allen was a native of Abbeyville, AL and a resident of Tampa for over 50 years. She was a graduate of Howard W. Blake High School.
Mrs. Allen was preceded in death by: her parents, Jessie and Ethel Hill; brothers, James Earl Hill and Charlie Howard Hill; sister, Betty Jewel Hill-Morgan.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her husband, Robert L. Allen; 3 brothers, Thomas (Faye) Hill, James L.
