As your anniversary approaches, we share memories, love and gratitude to you, our mother, grandmother, and foundation.
We miss you deeply and dearly. We wish we could have you back; Mother’s Day will never be the same without you, so we’re sending our love to you in Heaven. Happy Mother’s Day, “Mama.” 5/19/2015.
   A Single Rose For You
Growing up, there were many things we didn’t un- derstand; but you knew and often took a stand.
There were many things we still didn’t know; yet you continued to teach us to grow.
When we became teenagers, we thought we knew it all; but you were still there when we’d take a fall.
So, we thank you for all the times you wiped away tears; and held our hands throughout the years.
We couldn’t find the perfect gift, though we looked far and near; so we settled on a single red rose for one we hold so dear.

CORNETTE THOMAS
If I had a chance to say my last words, it would be Thank You. Your love was pure, I still cry every day.
I know you were tired so God blessed me with an angel. Thank you for all you shared until we meet again.
“Happy Mother’s Day, Blue.”
Love, Stacey, Jermaine, Greg, and grandchildren.
