You will increase your knowl- edge about diabetes and de- velop problem-solving and coping skills, reduce compli- cations that can occur with diabetes, set your own goals and make a step-by-step plan to achieve them, and learn how simple changes in diet and activity can help you manage your diabetes and feel better! Participants will receive a food voucher to be used on the mobile food truck after each class.
