90-Year-Old Birthday Celebrant Is ‘Queen For A Day’
The family of Ms. Rubie Gullins hosted a birthday party to celebrate her 90th natal day. The event was held at the Brandon Rec Center and she was dubbed “Queen For A Day.” A host of friends joined her family to celebrate the milestone. (Photos by Julia Jackson)

Those who attended the event were: Sharr Jerrett, Luren King, Mimi Vegas, Terri Lane, Carla Larkins, Sara Prescott, Vera Varr, and Lena Derico.
99th Birthday Celebrated

Among the birthday party guests were: Vivian Kanes, Betti Dyes, and Susan A. Dickson.
Rosa Lynwood, Linda Maolar, Val Leanards and Dedra Kiley were at the birthday party for Mother Lena DeWarr.
This group of birthday party celebrants are: Toy Townsman, Brad Woods, Kal Woods, Lynetta Andrews, Sheila Carwels and Mosia Sails.
Helping Mrs. DeWarr to celebrate her 99th birthday were: Niles Meeks, Thomas Inez, Ollie Kennard, Laura Kennard, Hattie Sollo and Jeannie Moore.
