Fox Host Sean Hannity Says He Wasn’t A Michael Cohen Client, Even Though He Was
On Monday, a bombshell was dropped in a Manhattan courtroom when lawyers for Donald Trump’s personal attorney and fixer, Michael Cohen, were forced to reveal the name of Cohen’s third, previously unknown client, and it turned out to be none other than Fox News host, Sean Hannity.
Cohen is the guy who paid porn star Stormy Daniels $130,000 of his own money to keep her from talking about her alleged sexual encounter with Trump before the 2016 election. He’s the guy who helped Republican fundraiser Elliott Broidy route $1.6 million to a Playboy playmate after she and Broidy had an illicit affair that left her preg- nant. Hannity, it turns out, was the third and final client of Cohen’s over the past 16 months or so, a fact that Cohen’s legal team had done everything in its power to keep quiet.
Given the notoriety of the case, it was argued to the

court, “no one would want to be known” as a client of Cohen’s. And Cohen’s counsel offered that they would give Judge Kimba Wood the third client’s name in a sealed envelope for the court’s information, if they had some assurances that the name would not be released.
The judge wasn’t buying it and ordered the name be re- vealed.
Hannity in a series of tweets, quickly tried to dis-
tance himself from Cohen. “Michael Cohen has never represented me in any matter,” he wrote. “I never re- tained him, received an in- voice, or paid legal fees. I have occasionally had brief discus- sions with him about legal questions about which I wanted his input and perspec- tive. I assumed those conver- sations were confidential, but to be absolutely clear they never involved any matter be-
tween me and a third-party.” That point was reinforced in court: The third client, whom we now know to be Hannity, told Cohen’s team that he didn’t want to be iden- tified publicly. Not that he didn’t consider himself a client, necessarily — just that he didn’t want to be known to
be a client.
And when approached by
Cohen’s legal team over the weekend, Hannity didn’t argue he wasn’t a client of Cohen’s but, instead, that he shouldn’t be identified as a client of Cohen’s.
Time released its annual list of the 100 most influential peo- ple of the year today, and to no surprise, the Parkland activists are featured under the subcate- gory "pioneers." What might be a bit more surprising is that the blurb praising the work of David Hogg, Emma Gonza- lez, Cameron Kasky, Ja- clyn Corin, and Alex Wind was written by the 44th presi- dent of the United States, Barack Obama.
"The Parkland, Florida, stu- dents don't have the kind of lobbyists or big budgets for at- tack ads that their opponents do," Mr. Obama writes. "Most of them can't even vote yet. But they have the power so often inherent in youth: to see the world anew; to reject the old constraints, outdated conven- tions, and cowardice too often dressed up as wisdom." Mr. Obama goes on:

As these young lead- ers make common cause with African-Americans and Latinos — the disproportionate victims of gun violence — and reach voting age, the possibilities of meaningful change will steadily grow. Stormy Daniels Appearance On ‘The View’ Keeps Throwing Gasoline On The Fire
President Trump’s one- night stand partner, adult film star, Stormy Daniels ac- companied by her attorney Michael Avenatti, appeared on ‘The View’ on Tuesday and revealed the forensic sketch of a man she claims threatened her over her claims about an affair with Donald Trump seven years ago.
Daniels said she and her infant child were approached in a Las Vegas park by the man who allegedly told her ‘it would be a shame if anything happened to the child’s mother and advised her to drop her claims about having had sex with Trump’.
Daniels isn't letting a $20 million lawsuit stop her from speaking and drinking her ap- pearance on "The View" said she's choosing to speak out "because I'm tired of being threatened”
"I'm done being bullied," she said.
Her appearance came a day after she attended a Manhat- tan court hearing related to the FBI raid on the office, home and hotel room of Pres- ident Trump's longtime at- torney Michael Cohen.

paid Daniels $130,000 in 2016, just weeks before the election. In a statement to ABC News in February, Cohen said it was a private transaction using his "own personal funds" that were paid to Stephanie Clifford, Daniels' legal name.
That payment was part of a non-disclosure agreement, and Trump’s legal team filed legal papers in March saying that she has violated the terms of that agreement at least 20 times, which would amount to $20 million in damages based on the agreement’s $1 million penalty clause.
