Why The Buccaneers
Bucs Fans Go Crazy On Twitter Over Tom Brady In His Buccaneers Jersey
TOM BRADY
The Buccaneers gave fans what they’ve been waiting for — official pictures of Tom Brady in his Bucs jerseys.
The former New England Patriot hasn’t been seen don- ning his new threads since signing with the Buccaneers back in March. And with the team unveiling new uniforms back in April, people have been eagerly awaiting the first look oftheHallofFameQBina more classic-looking Bucs uni- form.
The legendary quarterback looks great in these new threads, and it kind of makes you realize how boring the Pa- triots’ uniforms were before their latest upgrade.
Ezekiel Elliott Does Not Seem Happy His Coronavirus Diagnosis Leaked
EZEKIEL ELLIOTT
It certainly doesn’t sound like Ezekiel Elliott wanted the results of his coronavirus test to go public.
The Dallas Cowboys run- ning back was one of several members of the team to test positive for the virus. However, after that news went public, El- liott had a brief response that indicated he had not expected that information to become available.
HIPAA is a well-known law that protects the private med- ical information of individuals who seek treatment. It is why the Cowboys themselves did not publicly identify any of the players who tested positive, as doing so without the consent of the player would constitute a violation of their rights.
Goodell Says He Supports NFL Team Signing

Roger Goodell says he sup- ports an NFL team signing Colin Kaepernick.
Goodell appeared on ESPN recently and talked about Kaepernick playing in the NFL again.
“Well, listen, if he wants to resume his career in the NFL, then obviously it’s gonna take a team to make that decision,” Goodell said. “But I welcome

The Tampa Bay Bucca- neers know that the 2020 sea- son will be one of the most closely-watched in franchise history.
All eyes will be on the Bucs, who have gone from NFL doormat the past decade to immediate Super Bowl con- tenders after the signing of quarterback Tom Brady in free agency.
Along with Brady and his former Patriots teammate Rob Gronkowski, the Bucs have further bolstered an of- fense that finished third in the league last season. One of the biggest reasons for Tampa Bay’s success in the passing game in 2019 was the emer- gence of third-year receiver Chris Godwin, who finished

with career highs across the board — 86 receptions for 1,333 yards and nine touch- downs.
Godwin’s big year will likely earn him a big payday soon, and ESPN’s Dan Graziano believes the Bucs should do themselves a favor and extend Godwin before the 2020 season begins.

that, support a club making that decision, and encourage them to do that.”
Dak Prescott Still
The Los Angeles Chargers are the first to express interest in the free agent quarterback publicly.
Chargers head coach An- thony Lynn was asked about Kaepernick on Wednesday, and he said the 32-year-old is “on the workout list” for the team. Lynn added that he is pleased with the three quar- terbacks the Chargers cur- rently have on their roster, but he said Kaepernick’s style of play fits LA’s system.
The Chargers used the No.

Extension With Cowboys
Despite Stalemate
The Dallas Cowboys have roughly one month to sign quarterback Dak Prescott to a long-term deal and avoid him playing the 2020 season on the franchise tag.
Worryingly, there appears to be little progress toward that right now, but there’s no cause for concern yet.
ESPN’s Dan Graziano said on “SportsCenter” Wednesday that there is an ex- pectation that talks will restart in the weeks to come, and the belief remains that the two sides will get a long-term deal done.
“The reason that the fran- chise players are the focus is that there’s a July 15 deadline to sign your franchise player — four weeks from today,” Graziano said. “If you don’t

sign them by that deadline you can’t negotiate, by rule, an ex- tension with them until after the season ends. So where it stands with Dak Prescott and the Cowboys is July 15 is the deadline, there have not been significant talks in recent weeks. The expectation is that those talks will ramp up prior to July 15 and that a deal will get done.”
