COME NOW, the petitioner, Sally Mae Pugh McDonald, having an interest in the above captioned estate alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as wife of the decedent. The specific nature of the petitioner’s relationship to the decedent and his or her name, address, and years of birth of any minors are set forth in paragraph 3 of this petition.
2. Decedent, Henry Scott, whose last known address was 5818 N. 34th Street, Tampa, FL 33610, and at the time of death was domiciled in Hillsborough County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the beneficiaries of this estate, including the decedent’s surviving spouse is: Petitioner
4. Venue of this probate proceeding is in this County because: The decedent was pronounced dead in Hillsborough County. Additionally, the estate is located in Hillsborough County.
5. Petitioner, having exercised reasonable diligence, is unaware of any unrevoked wills or codicils of the decedent.
6. Petitioner is entitled to summary administration of the above captioned estate because, to the best of the petitioners knowledge:
7. The following is a complete list of assets in this estate and their estimated values, together with the assets claimed to be exempt.
8. With respect to claims of creditors:
• All creditor’s claims are barred.
• Petitioner has made a diligent search and reasonable
inquiry of any known or reasonably ascertainable creditors.
• The estate is not indebted.
9. All creditors ascertained to have claims and who have not joined in the petition or consented to entry of the order request shall be served by formal notice with a copy of this petition.
10. It is proposed that all assets of the decedent, including exempt property, be distributed as follows:
Petitioner waives formal hearing and notice thereof on this Petition and requested that an Order of Summary Administration be entered distributing the assets I the estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in paragraph 11 in this Petition.
