RAY WILLIAMS
MRS. DENISE GOODRIDGE
Mrs. Denise Goodridge of Wesley Chapel, passed away Sat- urday, November 16, 2019. Fu- neral services will be conducted Saturday, November 23rd at 10 a. m. at Life Church, 6224 Old Pasco Road, Wesley Chapel, Florida, with Pastor Ed Russo, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Denise Goodridge was born in Baltimore, Maryland to her beloved mother, Flora Walker. She was lovingly called “Bitzy” by her family. She grew up in Brooklyn, NY with her other mother, Edith DeHoney. She at- tended school in New York and she graduated from John Dewey High School. This is also the place where she met the love of her life, Hal Goodridge. She later attended Baruch College.
Denise and Hal were married on September 8, 1990. The Goodridges relocated to Newark, Delaware, where they raised their three children, Joshua, Nathaniel and Rebecca. After living in Delaware for several years, they relocated to Wesley Chapel, Florida and Denise worked at Wesley Chapel Ele- mentary School. After a few years, she took a position at Wiregrass Ranch High School, where she was the principal’s secretary.
Denise, Hal and the kids were members of Life Church under the leadership of Pastor Ed Russo. They were active members. Denise volunteered at the church, helping out in the nursery, teaching rainbows and being a youth leader. She was a faithful and devoted servant who loved the Lord. Her faith and loving ways were a great comfort to many. She always had a kind, encouraging word for all she en- countered.
Denise is survived by: her husband, Hal; sons, Joshua and Nathaniel; daughter, Rebecca; mother, Flora Walker; brothers, Frank Walker, Steven DeHoney, and Samuel Mitchell; sisters, Happy Dabbs, Marie Davis, and Susan Carter; mother-in-law, Wilma Goodridge; sisters-in- law, Beth Davidson, Joan Stallings, Emmeline Bannis and Faye Walker; and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives, church family and friends.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, November 22nd at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard, and the family will receive friends from 7:30 to 8:30 p. m.

MR. ROBERT LEEK, SR.
Robert Leek, Sr. was a hard worker and was dedicated to his family. He retired in 1990, from Tampa Electric Company, where he was a faithful and valued em- ployee for 32 years.
He was preceded in death by: his parents; his wife of 57 years, Elois Delancy Leek; brothers, Theodore Leek, Jr., and Austin Leek; and sisters, Eloise Cum- mings, Elois Neal, and Della Holton.
He leaves to cherish his beloved memories with: sons, Robert Leek, Jr. and wife, Sharon, and Paul E. Leek, Sr. and wife, Melissa; daughters, Sabrena Davis and husband, Fred, Muriel Yvette Barr and husband, Richard, and Linda Denise Bealts and husband, James; grandchildren, Tonya, Edward, Sr. (Janelle), Thaddeus (Shenice), La Keisha, Chasity (Travis), James, Jr. (Shanda- lyn), Kristin, Ricky, Paul, Jr., Shareese, Eric, Priscilla, Malaquia, Fred, Jr., Maurice and Damien; great-grandchil- dren, A’Zaria, Jessica, Alecia, Edward, Jr., Abraham, Francis, Mariah, Keshsa, Avery, Natalya, Zatavia, and Aubrey; sister, Rudene Burton; sisters-in-law, Theresa Delancy and Beatrice Rodriguez-Snow; and a host of devoted nieces and nephews and friends throughout the years. Our undying gratitude to a de- voted family friend/niece and caregiver, Donna Contreras. Additional thanks to Linda Baker, Marcia Buckley, Edward McAdoo and the many others that helped us with his care.

MS. JERI DEAN REYNOLDS
Funeral service for Ms. Jeri Dean Reynolds, who passed on November 10, 2019, will be held on Saturday, November 23, 2019, at St. John Cathedral Church, 3401 E. 25th Avenue, Tampa, Florida, at 11 a. m. with Pastor Dwight Newkirk, officiat- ing. Interment will follow in Or- ange Hill Cemetery, 4900 E. Chelsea Street Tampa, Florida.
Ms. Jeri Dean Reynolds was born September 12, 1951 to the union of Castella Rhanes and Ira Jerry Reynolds. She attended the public schools of Hillsbor- ough County and was a graduate of Middleton High School, Class of 1969. Jeri loved her family, and had a special bond with many people. She loved party- ing, going to concerts, and com- edy shows, etc. She worked for Spotless and Ideal Cleaners for over 36 years in customer serv- ice. Ms. Jeri was a true diva with lots of class.
Jeri was preceded in death by: both her parents, and a very close friend, Sammy Mann.
To cherish Jeri’s memories are: her two sons, J. R. Moore (Tasheria), and Scooter Moore (Shika); granddaughters, Jada and Marii; one sister, Cassandra and husband, Victor Hall; one brother, Ronnie Reynolds and wife, Regina; loving nephew/son, Cedric Dunn and wife, Chonea; nieces and nephews, Cedashe’, Cedric, Jr., Caron, Camia, Cobee, Chadric and Chancellor; godchildren, Leondra and Eddie Thomas; step children, Nakeeta, Kevin and Kerrick Moore; cousins, Pa- tricia Mathis, David Ford, Jr., Katina and Kalonda Mathis, Pa- tricia Jackson, Reggie Black, Pete Washington and wife, Marie; special friend, Horace Moore, Sr.; devoted friends, Laura Pritchett, Larry Wilson, Queen Hall, Carolyn Mobley, Evelyn Thurman, Carolyn Dahl, Jaime, Margie Richardson, Alalia Thomas, Valretha, Williams, Georgia Burney, Jowannia, Norma and Regina; and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends.

MR. ERICH DORELL ‘E. J.’ WALKER, JR.
Funeral service for Mr. Erich Dorell “E. J.” Walker, Jr., will be held at 2 p. m. Saturday, Novem- ber 23, 2019 at Center For Mani- festation, 3102 E. Lake Avenue, Tampa, Florida, Apostle Mark T. Jones, Sr., Pastor, with Prophet- ess Yolanda George, Presiding and Pastor Doctor Laytecia McK- inney of Temple Outreach Min- istries, Eulogist. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida.
Erich “E. J.” Walker, Jr. was born on March 21, 2000, in Tampa, Florida and was called home on Wednesday, November 13, 2019. He was the only son of Erich Walker, Sr. and Shirlene
Livingston. He attended pub- lic schools of Hillsborough County and was very personable and well-liked by all who encoun- tered him. E. J. was also a well- mannered and humble young man who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He loved playing sports, riding dirt bikes, and cracking jokes. E. J. was very special to us all and will be missed dearly.
E. J. was preceded in death by: his grandmother, Edna Gard- ner; great aunt, Carolyn Watson; great uncle, Robert Watson; cousins, Shawntrece Sims and Antron Barfield.
He leaves to cherish memo- ries of him with: his loving father, Erich Walker, Sr., and mother,

         A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Robert Leek, Sr. of Tampa, who passed away on Thursday, November 14, 2019, will be held Saturday, November 23rd, at 11 a. m. at Victory (St. James) AME Church of Progress Village, 5202 South 86th St., Tampa, FL, with Pastor Michael Price, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Robert Leek, Sr. was born to the late Theodore Leek and Delia Bell of Tampa, FL, and was edu- cated in the School District of Hillsborough County, where he graduated from Don Thompson High School. He served in the Army and made rank of Corpo- ral before his Honorable dis- charge in 1954. While in the Army, Robert earned the Na- tional Defense Service Medal. He was a dedicated member of St. James AME Church, where he served faithfully in his early years with the founders of the church. As his health declined, he found comfort in his present Pastor, Michael Price, coming to visit him at home and later at The Home Association (Ybor City, FL) to offer Communion and Prayer.
