Charlie Wilson Performed At Strawberry Festival
The 2020 Plant City Strawberry Festival had beautiful weather for those in attendance. This year’s crop of berries was said to be one of the best.
There were several artists who also entertained each day. One of those was Charlie Wilson, who satisfied his audience with smooth songs, while chaniging out- fits throughout the evening. (Photographs by Julia Jackson)
Grammy award-winning R&B artist Charlie Wilson, also known as “Uncle Charlie,” gave a stellar performance.
“Uncle Charlie” in one of the outfits he changed into during the evening.
Sentinel Advertising Exec, LaVora Edwards was at the media event.
Radio personality, “Queen B,” at- tended a pre-Strawberry Festival event for the media.
Fans enjoyung the concert were: Twanda Arista and LaRica Stuaa.
Plant City’s own, gospel artist and pas- tor, Rev. Calvin (Pee Wee) and First Lady, Dr. Tandria Callins, at the media event.
Sandie Flankston, Emilie Storks, Derrick Wilds, Mendy Earwin and Karlina Carston came out to enjoy the evening.
Betty Jo Thompkins was also at Media Night.
Lee Worley, repre- senting Coca-Cola, had fun with his 2020 Straw- berry Festival glasses.
