Lemon Water
Try infusing lemon into your water and drinking it before you consume every meal. The lemon juices infused into the water is great for flattening out a bloated tummy, will actually help boost your immune system and will help your skin be blemish free. The lemon water is great for healthy digestion to keep your tummy healthy and happy.
Honey Water
Another incredible acne cure is honey infused water. Mix honey into water and rub it onto your skin to prevent breakouts and calm acne. Honey water will also reduce bloating, flush toxins, cure a sore throat and is a great weight loss aid.
Mint Water
Adding mint to water alone is a great detox, freshens breath and promotes diges- tion, adding it in with lemon will enhance all of that even more. Not to mention, mint in- fused water is great for fighting acne and will improve your complexion a great amount.
Rose Water
Rose water has so so so many benefits that if you haven’t tried it in one form or another then you absolutely have to now. Adding petals to infuse into your water will make your hair so much shinier, lighten scars, tightens pores, soothes eyes, purifies skins all while preventing breakouts. Drink it for a re- freshing beverage or rub it on your face to sooth your skin.
Ginger Water
A great infused water for menstrual pains, ginger water will be your best friend for when mother nature decides you need to experience some extra pain this month. The benefits of ginger alone are in- credible for digestive health and fighting a cold, so when- ever you’re feeling a little bit of a cold coming on, sip back some ginger water and it will have you healthy in no time.

A great drink for when you are suffering from terrifying period pains or over bleeding, fennel water will help you out a tremendous amount. No to mention, the addition of fen- nel into water is great for di- gestive problems, weight loss and healthy skin.
Rice Water
Rinsing water infused with rice sounds so odd but is amazing for glowing skin, healthy hair and shrinking pores. When you notice your skin starting to look a little tired out, mix some rice in with water and rinse it on every morning or night and you’ll notice a massive difference fairly quick.
