Forever FLOTUS Michelle Obama Has Been Nominated For A Grammy
Mountain Of Impeachment Evidence Beyond Dispute
Our forever FLOTUS, Michelle Obama, can now add a new title her resume: Grammy nominee.
On Wednesday (Nov. 20), the Recording Academy announced the full list of Grammy nominees where Mrs. Obama found out that she has been nominated for Best Spoken Word Album for her work on the audio book of her acclaimed best-selling memoir, Becoming.
She took to Twitter to celebrate the exciting news on Wednesday (Nov. 21) where she graciously thanked her longtime fans and readers for their outpouring of support for her memoir.
According to the Washington Post, Becoming has sold over 10 million copies since it was re- leased in November 2018 as of earlier this year, in March.
“So thrilled to receive a [Grammy] nomination!” Michelle gushed on the social platform to her 13 million fol- lowers. “This past year has been such a meaningful, exhilarating ride. I’ve loved hearing your sto- ries and continuing down the

road of becoming together. Thank you for every ounce of love and support you’ve shared so generously.”
This is Michelle’s first time being nominated for a Grammy. She is up against Adam Horovitz of the Beastie Boys (Beastie Boys), Eric Alexan- drakis (I.V. Catatonia: 20 Years as a Two-Time Cancer Survivor), John Waters (Mr. Know-It-All) and Sekou An- drews and The String The- ory (Sekou Andrews & The String Theory) in the same cate- gory.
WASHINGTON — After two weeks of riveting public hear- ings in the House impeach- ment inquiry into President Donald Trump, there is a mountain of evidence that is now beyond dispute.
Trump explicitly ordered U. S. government officials to work with his personal attor- ney Rudy Giuliani on mat- ters related to Ukraine, a country deeply dependent on Washington’s help to fend off Russian aggression. The pres- ident pushed Ukraine to launch investigations into po- litical rivals, leaning on a dis- credited conspiracy theory his own advisers disputed. And both American and Ukrainian officials feared that Trump froze a much-needed package of military aid until Kyiv an- nounced it was launching those probes.
Those facts were confirmed by a dozen witnesses, mostly staid career government offi-

cials who served both Demo- cratic and Republican admin- istrations. They relied on emails, text messages and contemporaneous notes to back up their recollections from the past year.
Stitched together, their hours of televised testimony paint a portrait of an Ameri- can president willing to lever- age his powerful office to push
a foreign government for per- sonal political help. That alone has many Democrats on the brink of voting to impeach Trump before the end of the year, potentially pushing to- ward a trial in the Senate.
Yet the witness accounts left one prominent hole that offered a lifeline for Trump and his GOP allies. None of the witnesses could personally attest that Trump directly conditioned the release of the $400 million in military aid on a Ukrainian announce- ment of investigations into former Vice President Joe Biden and the Democratic National Committee.
Some Republicans sug- gested that even if that link could be made, it wouldn’t be enough for them to support impeaching Trump and re- moving him from office. And without that link, Trump's wall of support among GOP lawmakers seems formidable.
