 Winter Village At Curtis Hixon Park Opened Friday
  The Tampa Downtown Partnership, along with Tampa Mayor Jane Castor and Councilman Orlando Gudes, held a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday to officially open the 2019 Winter Village and ice skating rink at Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park. The
