icon recalled his time work- ing at a barbershop and mak- ing music when two white kids came in wanting to get rid of some counterfeit money they had. Clinton ended up paying them $1,800 for the fake money.
“...we were using it every- where,” Clinton said while noting that he mainly used it on recording sessions.
“We were using it so much
in that town, that it started coming back to the barber- shop. We were saying ‘we can’t take this...it’s no good.’”
How did he use the money to pay for recording ses- sions? George explained: “I’d say ‘I’ll give you a couple of hundred dollars for the session, or a thousand dol- lars in counterfeit money,’ and most of ’em took the counterfeit money.”
He says he eventually en- countered an undercover cop who warned him about the counterfeit money.
“He wasn’t looking for the money, he was looking for drugs,” he said. “And we were always teaching kids music at the neighbourhood centre, so he kind of felt sorry for us, and he gave us a warn- ing. He said, ‘if I was ya’ll, I’d be getting rid of that money.’ That was all he had to say to me.”

it, Simmons referenced one particular story that involved 50 Cent and Suge Knight, that ultimately found the Queens rapper chasing the notorious music exec off a video shoot.
"They're filming a video and Suge Knight is sitting there with a gun in his lap, and there are four other guys that are really menacing and they're going to extort the video," Simmons said to provide context, "and 50 Cent sees them and starts laughing before running full speed to his trailer to get an Uzi, which chased them off while 50 barked at them like a dog."
To summarize the mes- sage, Simmons says 50 "is never afraid of the world," while proclaiming some of the most enlightened to have had near-death experiences.
