AIKENS
MR. ALBERT SHAW, JR.
In loving memory of Mr. Al- bert Shaw Jr., 74, of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on No- vember 30, 2021. A Homegoing Celebration will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, December 11th at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. Brother Habakkuk will be offici- ating.
Albert was born October 31, 1947 in Attapulgus, GA to Albert Shaw, Sr., and Lessie Mae Shaw.
As a teen, he loved fishing and shooting marbles and grad- uated from Decatur County Schools. After graduation he moved to Miami, FL with his cousin, Rudolph Shuler. Then settled in Tampa, where he mar- ried Geraldine Shaw.
He retired from Smithfield Foods after 30 years of service, where he worked as a butcher. During his retirement he en- joyed playing Blackjack at the Hard Rock Casino, fishing, and spending time with family.
Albert was preceded in death by: his parents, Albert and Lessie Mae Shaw; wife, Geral- dine Shaw, and son, Donald D. Shaw.
He leaves to cherish his memory: sons, Eddie L. Jackson (Christa), Havana, FL., Jerron N. Shaw (Shamere), Tallahassee, FL, and Brent E. Shaw (Amie), Tampa, FL; daughters, LaShanda Shaw, Miami, FL, Tiffany A. Franklin-Lewis (Alton), Waxahachie, TX, and Aleah J. The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Friday, December 10th from 4:00-8:00 p.m.
The family and friends are asked to meet at the Chapel on Saturday for the service.
We are following the CDC guidelines. There will be no repast due to COVID.
The immediate family are in- vited to the house for light re- freshments after the service.

A Celebration of Life for Deneric Benniefield Leath, 27, who transitioned on Wednesday, De- cember 1, 2021, will be held on Sat- urday, December 11, 2021, at The Center for Manifestation Church, 3102 E. Lake Ave, Tampa, Florida, 33610, at 1:00 pm., Apostle Mark T. Jones, Pastor; Apostle LaJun Cole, Officiating, Contagious Church, Tampa. Interment will be made in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Deneric Benniefield Leath was born September 20, 1994, in Tampa, the son of Paul and Geral (Benniefield) Leath. He was the middle child of three. He was known to his family as ‘Wank’ and his friends as ‘Fish.’ He grew up in church and was baptized early under the leadership of Pastor Laytecia McKinney, of Victory Temple Outreach. Deneric was an exceptional student that excelled in his studies.
He was inducted in the DUKE Scholar Program and selected early in his education as a ‘gifted’ student. He was an avid baseball and basketball player. During his freshman year, he was a starting Varsity player at Hillsborough High School.
Preceding him in death were his: maternal grandfather, Jonnie Benniefield and his paternal grandparents, Robert and Lula Leath, Sr.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ories: his children, Torrence, Roy- alty, and Lula Leath, devoted fiancé, Khloe Desir; his parents, Paul and Geral (Benniefield) Leath; six siblings, Paul, Jr., Brod- erick, Alonzo, Charod, Geric, and his only sister, Geralyn Leath; his loving grandmother, Lula Ben- niefield; three uncles, Lonnie and Jonnie (Vickie) Benniefield, of Tampa, FL and Jessie Leath, of Fort Lauderdale, FL; aunts, Patri- cia Graham, of Tampa, FL, Darlene McQueen, and Connie Leath, of Fort Lauderdale, FL; great aunts, Othelia and Willie Mae Burney, of Tampa, FL; great uncles, Frank (Mary) Leath and James Leath, Fort Lauderdale, FL; and a host of cousins and friends.

MR. JAMES PERT NORTHERN, SR. AKA ‘DADDY’
Funeral Services at graveside, celebrating the life of Mr. James Pert Northern, Sr., aka “Daddy,” who passed away on December 6, 2021, will be held on next Wednes- day December 15, 2021, at 1 p.m., at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 4615 East Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida, 33610, with Chaplain Faithe Liburd, officiating. The Committal and Interment will fol- low.
James Northern was a loving husband, a caring supportive fa- ther, and excellent grand and great grandfather. He dedicated his life to God and taking care of his family. “Daddy could sing.” He had a great passion for singing —- a very high pitch tenor vocal; playing the gui- tar, and that good ole country cook- ing. He was known to anybody that met him as “Daddy” and took any- one in with no judgement. He was a quiet, humble, but funny man. He will be greatly missed by everyone whose path he’s crossed.
Preceding him in death were: father, Joseph Northern; mother, Varie Northern; wife, Azzie Lee Northern, and son, James Pert Northern, Jr.
He leaves behind: 2 sons: Terry T. Northern and Eddie D. Northern; daughters, Josie Northern, and Ruby Hunter; god daughters, Ayana Bailey, Dionne Moore, and Princess Moore; grandchildren: Paul Lowe, Shambricka Lowe, Edricka Northern, DeMarcus Rhodes, Eddie Northern, Jr., Ruby Northern, Josie Northern, Quonte Northern, Jaida Johnson, Jamaal Mitchell and a host of nieces, nephews and great grands.

Homegoing Services for LaBrandon Tyrell Sailor, who passed away on November 19, 2021, will be held Saturday, De- cember 11, 2021, at 2 p.m., at Har- mon Funeral Home 5002 North 40th Street Tampa, Florida, 33610, with Reverend Rodney Williams, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
LaBrandon Tyrell Sailor was born on July 13, 1977. He was graduated from the Hillsborough County School System.
He was preceded in death by: his grandparents, Elijah Sailor and Addie Sailor; 1 brother, Jer- rick Jermaine Doe; uncles, Alfred Sailor, and J. D. Mansfield; 1 aun- tee, Doris Edwards.
He leaves precious memories to: his mother Mary Louise Sailor, and father, Jerry James Doe; his children, La Brandon Jose Sailor, La Sandra Sailor, Liana Estrada, Zaniya Sailor, Lazariah Sailor, and Zimyla Sailor; brothers, LaDeittriech Sailor, Tremaine Gamel Doe, and Colen Mosley; his most cherished auntee, Emily Johnson, and auntee Gail Sailor; devoted uncle Terry Doe, and a host of other family and friends.

Anthony Henry Wilson transi- tioned to his heavenly home on November 23, 2021. He was born on July 2, 1974, to William and Re- becca Wilson, in Tampa, Florida. He was a graduate of C. Leon King High School class of 1992.
Tony gave his life to Christ in September 2015; he was a faithful member of Community Holiness Church in Tampa. Tony was a lov- ing and wonderful husband, fa- ther, son, and brother. Tony was a sports fanatic! He started playing soccer (Black Watch) in his early childhood at the age of 5 and con- tinued until he was 18. He was mentioned in Sports Illustrated for his soccer skills and excellence.
He loved watching football (Miami Hurricanes and Tampa Bay Bucs), basketball (San Anto- nio Spurs), hockey (Tampa Bay Lighting), baseball (New York Mets and Tampa Bay Rays), and Nascar (#9 Bill Elliot and Casey Khane). He found a true passion for golf and loved to play every Sat- urday with his best friend Richard Robinson. He was the Director of Distribution for Pride Mobility Products Corporation, where he worked for the past 21 years. He really loved dogs.
Anthony was preceded in death by: his father, William H. Wilson; stepfather, George Mc- Gowan; and stepdaughter, Melody C. Walker.
He leaves cherished memories with: his wife, LaShann R. Wilson; daughters, Jazmyne C. Wilson and Taylor Wilson; stepson, Darius J. Walker (Megan); stepdaughter, Jamee R. Walker; grandchildren, A’Shanee R. Allen, Aubrey A.
