Lil Wayne Officially Reveals 'Tha Carter V' Release Date And Cover Art
For Ailing Mother
Earlier this month, it was revealed that Lil Wayne’s long-awaited Tha Carter V was set to release later this year. Now, Lil Wayne him- self has officially confirmed his anticipated new LP’s re- lease date.
Wayne reveals that he will unleash the project on
September 27. “On my birth- day, I actually have something special for ya’ll,” Weezy says. “I will be releasing Tha Carter V on my birthday. If you don’t know when my birthday is, Wikipedia does.” He also says that this project will be giving his fans “more” than he usu- ally does.

Tyler Perry is lending a helping hand to the mother of a former colleague, because he reportedly just purchased her a home in Atlanta.
The filmmaker recently bought a $350,000 house for Bettie Pace, the ailing mother of LaShun Pace, a gospel singer and actress who worked alongside Perry in a play in 1999.
When the “Madea” star learned Bettie Pace was sick and her dying wish was to own a home for her family, he made her dreams come true.

Nicki Minaj has given actor Geoffrey Owens $25,000, just as she prom- ised she would.
However, the Cosby Show alum won’t be keeping the money. It’s going to be do- nated to a charity near and dear to his heart.
“I would like to give this donation of $25K to the Actor’s Fund in memory of the late, great Earle Hyman, who lived his last many years and died at the Actors’ Home, (funded and run by the Actor’s Fund),” Owens said in a statement. “I am extremely grateful to
