WILSON
MR. RICHARD ‘FRED’ FULLER, SR.
A Graveside Funeral Service for Mr. Richard “Fred” Fuller, Sr., 93, who passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018, will be held on Wednesday, Oc- tober 3, 2018, at 11 a. m. at Rest Haven Memorial Park Ceme- tery, 4615 E. Hanna Avenue, Tampa, Florida, with Reverend Louis Jones, officiating.
Fred was preceded in death by: his loving and devoted wife of 67 years, Laura Terrell Fuller; his son, Terrell “Terry” Fuller; and his parents.
Fred leaves: 2 devoted chil- dren, Renee Fuller Johnson and husband, Augustus and Richard “Ricky” Fuller, Jr. and wife, Bernestine; one grand- son, Delton Fuller, and one granddaughter, Erinn Cottman and husband, Rasheed; five great-grandchildren, including Dominique, Haleima, Desiree, Delton, Jr., and Drexel; and other relatives and friends.
Richard “Fred” Fuller was the son of the late Zora and Felix Fuller. He was born in Dayton, Ohio and reared in Troy, Ohio.
Following high school, he attended and graduated from Tuskegee Institute, Tuskegee, Alabama, with a Bachelor’s De- gree in Physical Education. At
  Tuskegee, he was an outstand- ing track and football athlete and is an inducted member of the Tuskegee Athletic Hall of Fame. Mr. Fuller is a member of the Tampa Tuskegee Alumni Club.
He became a lifelong friend with Tuskegee athlete, William “Billy” Bethel who suggested he seek employment in Tampa. Fred began his teaching career in Tampa in 1947 and was ini- tially taken in by the city’s well- known Felder family. He taught physical education for several years with the Hillsbor- ough County Public Schools be- fore entering the U. S. Army, serving in Korea where he earned the rank of Sergeant.
Following his return to Tampa, he went on to teach at Carver and Meacham Elemen- tary Schools. He moved up the ranks after obtaining his Mas- ter’s Degree at Florida A&M University, becoming Dean of boys and Principal at Young Junior High, followed by re- tirement after 40 years of serv- ice.
Once he retired, Fred be- came a devoted, daily volun- teer at Abe Brown Ministries for over 25 years, utilizing his skills to assist his friend, Rev. Abraham Brown with the work of the Ministry that even today continues to help many who are in need of a “hand up”.
In his spare time, Fred loved sports and enjoyed watching and coaching foot- ball, playing golf, and was often one of the first arrivals at the morning walks around the Middleton track.
There will be a viewing at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 from 5-7 p. m.

MRS. ROSA BELL HARTSFIELD
A Celebration Service for Mrs. Rosa Bell Hartsfield will be held on Saturday, Septem- ber29,2018,at2p.m.atBeu- lah Baptist Institutional Church, 1006 W. Cypress Street, Tampa, Florida, with Rev. Dr. W. James Favorite, of- ficiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Av- enue, Tampa, Florida.
Mrs. Rosa Bell Hartsfield was born August 7, 1936 in Shiloh, Georgia to Lilly Bell Reedy and James Hunt. Though Rosa spent time between both Florida and Georgia during her adult life, she made her roots in Tampa, Florida. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior many years ago.
Rosa was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, mama, grandmother, great- grand- mother and friend to many. She was a remarkable cook and en- joyed preparing meals for her family during holidays, and special events. Though Rosa did not have much of a formal edu- cation, she was very well read, and one of the most intelligent, and informed people you would ever know. She was a cook by profession who managed many kitchens throughout her life. She loved to travel, dance and have fun.
Her demise came on Friday, September 21, 2018, in Riverview, Florida surrounded by her family.
Rosa was predeceased by: her loving husband, James Clark Hartsfield, Sr.; her par- ents, Lilly Bell Reedy and James Hunt; her son, Winston Hunt; her sisters, Mary Mc- Cauley and Doretha Jackson; her stepfather, Alonzo Robin- son and Timothy Hartsfield.
She is survived by: her chil- dren, Lenny Bunkley, Eartha Bunkley, Cheryl Bunkley, Patrice Lewis, Sonya James, Shannon Bunkley, Latonia Jackson, Tocka Hartsfield (spouse, Traquita), Juan Harts- field (spouse, Asuka). She is also survived by her deceased husband’s children whom she loved dearly: James Hartsfield (spouse, Barbara), Kathy Faraca (spouse, Andy), Bernice Kinne (spouse, Bill), Veronica Hartsfield-Mathis (spouse, Derrick), Ricky Hartsfield (spouse, Linda) and Yolanda Hartsfield.
Rosa is survived by 31 grandchildren: Antonio Berry, Tamra Berry, Adriene Bunkley, Anata Bunkley, Brodrick Bunk- ley, Cherosa Bunkley, Demetrius Bunkley, Te’Juan Bunkley, Delcia Cruz, David Faraca, Steve Faraca, Aspen Hartsfield, Brittany Hartsfield, James Clark Hartsfield, III, J’Carrian Hartsfield, Kaito Hartsfield, Sakura Hartsfield, Shontrell Hartsfield, Wesley Hartsfield, Yurina Hartsfield, Desiree Jackson, Lovell Jack- son, Alegri James, Kemeiko Jenkins, Juan Johnson, Jeff Kinne, Tramel Kinne, Timothy Manning, Ashley McNair, Thomas Morgan and Victoria Wilson and a host of great- grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
There will be a viewing on Friday, September 28, 2018, at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, with the family to receive friendsfrom6–7p.m.inthe chapel.
