Polk County Gourmet Gents
On Saturday March 4th, Dr. Shandale Ter- rell, Bob Doyel, and 70 Gents participated in the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. Polk County Chapter 14th Annual Gour- met Gents event titled: “Culinary, Tasting Ex- travaganza, An Evening of Elegance.” The Gents served their best tasty foods to over 400 citizens in Polk County and from surrounding counties. The event was held at Lake Eva Ban- quet Hall in Haines City, Florida.
The Gents raised funds for scholarships for female youth in Polk County and professional development opportunities to support the cause of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. Polk County Chapter.

Recently, a representa- tive of the Women of Central Florida Spring Fashion Show approached Stacy asking her to be a model in this year’s event! And she said, Yes!!! Stacy will com- pete against some very prominent women vying to be crowned Central Florida’s 2017 Woman of the Year. The proceeds of this event will benefit the services pro- vided to youth and adult clients of the Central Florida Speech & Hearing. Does Stacy want that crown??? YES, SHE DOES!!! Lakeland lady Delores Shaw, who celebrated an- other natal day on March 3rd.
