Funeral services for Ms. Eartha Denise Thomas will be held Saturday, March 25, 1 p. m. at Macedonia M. B. Church, 3410 E. Wilder Ave., Tampa, FL 33610, Bishop Eddie Solomon, officiating.
Ms. Eartha was born and lived in Tampa, FL all of her life. She attended church, loved to help others, and loved to smile. She enjoyed spending time with her family and was a great cook. Her only son de- scribes her as “greatness.” She will be sadly missed but, never forgotten.
Ms. Eartha was preceded in death by: father, Charlie Thomas; mom, Cora McNeal;
brother, Samuel Thomas; niece, Sha’mhya Turner; husband, Nathaniel Slater; and aunt, Catherine Gordon.
She leaves to cherish fond memories with: her only son, Deron Thomas (Misha); 2 grandsons, Deron Thomas, Jr. and Kam’rom Thomas; 1 grand- daughter, Da’Quay Thomas; 1 step- granddaughter, Ahllisa Brown; 5 sisters, Eleanor Turner, Cora Butler, Laura Thomas, Carmen Thomas, An- nastovia Davis; 6 brothers, Charlie Thomas, Jr., Charles Thomas, Poppa Thomas, Willie Thomas, Craig Thomas and Clem Thomas; 12 nieces, Barba Butler, Twila Turner, Passion Thomas, Kiwanna Alexander, Christy Turner, Tiffanie Thomas, Shannon Thomas, Cashara Butler, Kayla Butler, Twanna Thomas, Tanesha Maxwell and Shanteara Maxwell; 8 nephews, Harlem Turner, Jr. (Lakiesha), Harlem Turner, III, Charlie Thomas, III, Charles Thomas, Chris Thomas, Steven Freeman, Marquis Thomas, Martel Nealy, Jr.; a host of great nieces and great nephews; close cousins, Kathy Gordon, Faye Bramton; friend/sister-in-law, Natalie Goff; close friend/companion, Leroy Register.

I love you beyond your flaws. You will always and for- ever hold a special place in my heart and soul, always. You will always be a part of my soul.
I miss you so dearly till it’s breaking me apart but, I’m try- ing my hardest to stay strong. And God will one day grant me my answers and my request that I seek for you and your case. I will never stop. Amen.
