Quarrel Ends With Two Men Dead, Woman Injured
Crime Stoppers
Detectives are currently in- vestigating a domestic-related incident that has left two men dead and a woman injured. It took place Monday morning in the 1500 block of E. 28th Av- enue.
According to the Tampa Police Department, the inci- dent began on Sunday when an unidentified woman ac- cepted a ride from a male ac- quaintance. The unidentified man reportedly took her to the listed residence without her permission.
A male victim was called to the residence at some point during the night hours and an argument ensued. The suspect then struck the male victim in the head with an object, killing him.
The following morning, the female victim was able to re- quest help from family mem- bers, via text, who then notified police.
A perimeter was estab- lished around the residence and police attempted to make contact with the suspect. He had allegedly barricaded him- self in the house.
Fatal Shooting
The shooting took place in the 1500 block of E. 28th Avenue Monday afternoon.
Crime Stoppers of Tampa Bay is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information about a fatal shooting. The incident took place around 9:30 a.m., on December 29th.
According to the St. Peters- burg Police Department, police received a call of a shooting in the 2100 block of 17th Avenue South.
Upon arrival, officers found the body of a 47-year-old man lying in a field and confirmed the victim had been shot.
The victim, identified as Qareeb Muhammad, was transported to Bayfront Health St. Petersburg, where he was pronounced deceased.
The St. Petersburg Police Department is asking for infor- mation.

The female victim was then able to flee to safety. The sus- pect fled out the back of the residence and at- tempted to evade capture by hiding under the residence. A robot was deployed to view the crawl space under the resi- dence before the suspect was approached and found him dead from a self-inflicted gun- shot wound. One firearm was found in his possession at that time.
The residence was cleared for possible victims at which time the dead male victim was located. The female victim was taken to a nearby hospital where she is recover-
ing. Police did not release the cause of injury the woman suf- fered. The investigation is on- going.
Man Dies After Falling Out Of Car On I-275

A 25-year-old man died after falling from a vehicle and being struck by other vehicles. He fell from the vehicle on I-275 just south of State Road 60. The accident took place shortly be- fore 2:30 a. m., on New Year’s Day.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the 2017 Hyundai Elantra was traveling at highway speed when the man fell out of the car and onto the roadway. The Highway Patrol said none of the vehicles stopped following the impact.
The unidentified Pinellas Park resident was then struck by an undetermined number of passing vehicles. He died at the scene as a result of his injuries.
The driver, identified as Toshia Lizette Caldwell, of Port Richey. She was arrested and charged with DUI after it was learned that her BAC was 0.077. The Florida Highway Pa- trol transported Ms. Caldwell to the Hillsborough County Jail. Anyone with information re- garding this incident is asked to contact the FHP at (813) 558- 1800.

The shooting took place in the 8400 block of Rio Bravo Court Monday afternoon.
Tampa police are investi- gating the third shooting on Monday, and this year, that left a man dead. The first took place earlier in the day.
According to police, officers responded to the 8400 block of Rio Bravo Court, in the Riviera Apartments around 2:18 p. m. During their investigation, of- ficers learned that an unidenti- fied victim was driving his vehicle near the entrance of the Riviera Apartments when a witness stated that an individ- ual from another vehicle ex- changed gunfire with the victim at this location.
The victim sustained fatal wounds and was pronounced deceased on scene. The inves-
tigation is ongoing.
