Drug Charges Against Free Agent T. J. Ward Dropped
Jalen Ramsey Still Trying To Recruit Dez Bryant
To Jaguars
DEZ BRYANT
Nothing is stopping players from trying to recruit Dez Bryant to their teams even now.
The latest to do it is Jack- sonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey, who made quite clear on Twitter on Sun- day that he wants to see Bryant playing in Jacksonville alongside him this season.
It’s no secret that Bryant’s reputation precedes him and a whole lot of players would like to have him on their side. Ramsey may well get bonus points, considering he’s been trying to recruit Bryant since right after the Dallas Cowboys released him. He may well have to wait it out, though, as reports indicate that Bryant is in no hurry to pick a new team.
Kareem Hunt Accused Of Punching Man In Face At Ohio Resort
KAREEM HUNT
For the second time this offseason, Kansas City Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt is making headlines for the wrong reasons.
TMZ reports that Hunt was involved in an alleged physical altercation with a man at the Bay Lodging Resort in Put-in-Bay, Ohio, over the weekend. Hunt had reportedly been partying at the resort all weekend and got into a verbal confrontation with a man on Sunday morning, and the al- leged victim told TMZ Hunt punched him in the face.
The man says he was not seriously injured and did not seek medical attention, and Hunt was not arrested. The al- leged victim says he is not plan- ning to press charges. A resort official confirmed there was an incident involving Hunt but did not get into detail.

He Will Not Attend Hall Of
Fame Induction Ceremony
Terrell Owens has never been shy when expressing his disdain for the Pro Football Hall of Fame voting process, and he is not going to change his mind now that there is a place waiting for him in Can- ton.
On Thursday, Owens is- sued a statement announcing that he will not be attending the Hall of Fame induction ceremony next month.
Hall of Fame CEO David Baker described Owens’ de- cision as “unprecedented.”
It took Owens several shots to get into the Hall of Fame, and that had much more to do with his perceived attitude issues than it did with his numbers. Owens ranks second all time in receiving yards with 15,934, third in re- ceiving touchdowns with 153 and eighth in receptions with

1,078. His numbers have al- ways made him worthy of being inducted into Canton, and he has publicly blasted the voters on numerous occasions.
Basically, T. O. is sticking to his guns and making a point that his gripe with the Hall of Fame hasn’t ended just be- cause he’s getting a gold jacket. He’s gone to war with the media over the process in the past, so it makes sense that he doesn’t want to do a com- plete 180 now.

      T. J. Ward's name has been cleared.
The free-agent safety saw his pair of drug charges, which included a third-degree felony charge, dropped on Thursday, according to Hills- borough County (Fla.) Court records.
Ward was arrested Jan. 3 and charged with "possession of cannabis" and "possession of drug paraphernalia" stem- ming from an Oct. 25 incident when Tampa police investi- gated an alarm call at Ward's apartment, according to an incident report.
During the investigation police discovered approxi- mately 99.9 grams of mari- juana in two glass jars. The Tampa Bay Times reported the Jan. 3 arrest was on "an outstanding warrant" related to the October incident.

Arnold denied the reported claims, and after months of waiting, the court has fol- lowed suit by dropping the charges.
Ward signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after the Denver Broncos released him last September. The vet- eran had an uneventful tenure in Tampa Bay, starting five games and openly complain- ing about playing time in the middle of the season.
